back to sender!! See this weyrey oh You see there's actually no argument here about what the lecturer did. Receiving a phone call while on the wheels is perceived as a crime in Nigeria. The argument here is bout why would the soljos mete that kinda punishment on a civilian, when even the crime is next to nothing.
