Politics / Re: INEC Is Broke, Can’t Pay Salary, Says Jega by naija2much: 6:12am On Oct 04, 2012
This is serious business! How will the staff-mostly the junior staff put food on their table? Agree to the terms of the 'bad guys' rigging the elections and get sufficient money to survive-i guess
Politics / Re: Nigeria Accounts For 25% Of Global Kidnappings - AIO by naija2much: 6:08am On Oct 04, 2012
Rather than point fingers at a certain ethnic group, why not let's critically examine the problem and proffer a lasting solution to it? In the long run, we all loose-not only the ethnic group.
Politics / Re: Lagos Won't Allow Other States Number Plates by naija2much: 6:04am On Oct 04, 2012
Maybe they'll soon add that to the traffic laws, and probably arrest any body whose vehicle aint carrying lagos state plate numbers. Now this is serious! Federal republic of lagos in the making.

Have ye never read in the scriptures that it is written "... I and my father are one.."? How? And that's a secret. Deuteronomy 29 :29.
Religion / Re: Quick Question For Those Who Don't Believe God Exists. by naija2much: 6:36am On Aug 28, 2012
@delafruita, you're entitled to ur opinions and so am i, for me, Allah and Yahweh aint the same, for were they d same, there're would have been some sort of religious agreement since they worship one god and this is subject to explanations. Concerning the church subscribing to violence in time past, let's just say they've grown, they've progressed and believe its not right and maybe the muslims 'retrogressed'! I still believe atheism is a religion, for when it started, it was just based on science coupled with convictions but now, its a sect and they have their doctrines, they even preach and 'win souls'. Israeli-palestinain issue is strictly religious, were it political, it would have been long resolved. Don't be a biased judge. The Palestinians want to exist and Israel is preventing that, agreed, but do u remember how israel came to existence? Do u remember the 2day war (or is it 5days) the arabian neighbours who fought, did they do that coz of politics?

In Nigeria politics is not our major problem, our first problem is religion, followed by ethnicity, then corruption/morality before politics and that's my opinion.

@Lilvonz, keep your business off this tier
Nairaland / General / Mukina, Seun And Nairaland by naija2much: 6:53am On Aug 24, 2012
I'm sorry pals, I just need to ask, is Mukina the wife of Seun or the Commander in Chief of nairaland? I really don't get it.

1. She make and break rules
2. Delete threads and topics
3. Ban users without a cause
4. She controls front page, good or bad, you probably need to bribe her to get ur topic there. Lol
5. She create rules, started a thread in joke section, delete peoples opinions on it and close the thread. Is she some sort of terrorist or dictator?
6. I suppose this is 'democrazy', if you actually do want ur opinion binding, why not listen to other people's opinions too, you can learn a thing or two from them
7. I understand people derail topics and spill junks nonetheless, maximum control is bad for business, mukina aint controlling, she's just a dictator

And someone will say GEJ is dumb and has lost grip, mukina has firm grip, right? Power is not something, its the only thing and mukina has it all, even Seun is not as hard, besides he can be appeased.

Mukina, I've said my mind, you can as well close topic, delete post and ban me! Best regards.
Religion / Re: Quick Question For Those Who Don't Believe God Exists. by naija2much: 5:54am On Aug 24, 2012
@delafruita, don't be a fanatic, both the muslims and christians have their excesses. Do they threaten to bomb u if u go and worship your God? Do they-5 times a day make loud noises while praying to their god who probably aint hearing properly? Do they threaten to severe ties of blood with u if you leave their religion? Do they promise to make the country ungovernable(I'm sure this you will defend)? Do they promise to chain the country by a so-called sharia law?do they bomb people without a cause? Do they cover the neighborhoods begging for alms? About christians who can't afford 'shops', I've seen muslims with their mats, under the bridge, in the refuse dumb, in motor parks, I guess they couldn't afford 'shops', so they can fare well in open space, under bridges so long they could wash their...

Like I said all religions have their excesses even atheists, "there is none holy, no not one", so in the long run, its your personal conviction that makes the difference. You comparing 'yahweh' to 'allah' was necessitated by extremism for indeed when well compared yahweh rules!

Concerning my answer, I guess u didn't get it, so read it again.
Religion / Re: Quick Question For Those Who Don't Believe God Exists. by naija2much: 6:14am On Aug 23, 2012
Do guys here generally appreciates derailing topics? Ok, let's do it

@delafruita, Jesus or Mohammed wasn't mention in here, u don't have to show the whole world u r muslim, this thread was generalized. BTW be the judge, Jesus and Mohammed which to believe, the guy that thigh a 6 year old with numerous wives or the one even your quoran claim has no sin. Between Yahweh and Allah, the guy that cares only for his people in old test. And extend his hands to others in new test. Or the guy that cares only for his servant permitting him to thigh a 6year old and not permitting anybody else to marry his wives, giving virgins to those who destroy(bomb) others, hmm that guy most be a ...I learnt the more the trousers jump from the feet (like MJ) the more the reward, the more the long beards the more the reward and the more the ladies covers her face and legs the more the reward, each step taking while walking to a mosque is equivalent to rewards! I know this will hurt u, well, bomb nairaland (u sure can with ur insults or 'unalligned' arguements)

@poster Yes!

I think I'll rather live my life such that if there's a God-whether he be Allah or Yahweh, he'll be forced to reward me after life for living an honourable and 'evil-free' life and if there's no God, even co humans will know this person has lived right!
Foreign Affairs / Re: If Isreal Attacks Iran, Likely Scenario by naija2much: 5:50am On Aug 23, 2012
Realistically, let's not be biased for this is even outside our circle of influence. Acountry threatening to erase another country from existing is not seen by u guys, you guys are here attacking Israel. If someone threatens to kill u, won't u be proactive? Let me make it clear, if Iran and Israel fight it out, it will affect you and me. Russia, the arabic world and China will back Iran, almost all other countries will back Israel, it becomes a global fight and with the arsenal of nuclear fire-power world over, we pray such fight never happen.

Interesting! So 'bakassi' is a name for something awful?

Honestly, are all ghananians only good at insulting people's personalities? I'm yet to see any of them in the forum say anything meaningful or even attack issues, they attack people instead or probably, the ghananians on nairaland are just children? Maybe their adults are sensible!

I guess nairaland is on autopilot now(all pilots are asleep) so uncensored and fowl language can be used without caution

@petrodollas, I won't descend to ur level to wield insults with u. Thanks for your insults, bless u real good!

I hope yvonne learn to bridle her tongue next time since whatever she say can be blown out of proportion, else she may say goodbye to her career!
Celebrities / Re: Yvonne Nelson Mocks MMIA And Nollywood Films On Twitter by naija2much: 11:04pm On Aug 19, 2012
@seun and moderators, I believe either you guys don't work sundays or there're no rules on sundays or u enjoy the rubbish going on here. For someone to go to someone else's profile, pick a picture, post it with insults, really awful. This will certainly discourage people updating their profiles.

@petrodolla, u r disgusting!

She has right to her opinions so long she won't be forced to pay for it. There's always 'the other side' of a coin, why didn't she post pix of the bright side too? Why didn't she talk about how they put food on her table?

@Nigerians; no need for the hate and insults, when next she come to ur hood to act or for fun, teach her physical lessons/morals, no too much talk, pls. I'm sure if she ever come to my hood, she'll leave with bruises if the police rescue her, otherwise she won't even leave.

@Ghananians, well done! But can't any of u be objective? Can't you guys make any point without insults? Is that how all Ghananians behave?

@Seun and Mukina, do you guys enjoy the choice of words in such a thread like this? I understand stuffs like this might keep people online for hours which is cool for business, but think about the matured and honest ppl you'll put off, people who will feel insulted and stay out for weeks before coming back. Is the forum now meant for ppl with Juvenile delinquency? Insult-ridden youths?

@tpia and odunnu, you girls are grown ups, settle ur dispute elsewhere.

Btw, odunnu, there lies an 'underlying' guilt in ur feigned innocence

@tpia, life's too short for this! Nobody is perfect, we all have our differences as humans, tolerance is key. Not all that is heard is echoed

Let's try to understand her first

@seun, u shouldn't have called her a crazy woman, although she's difficult to understand.

@tpia, honey, calm down. Life itself aint fair! Nairaland aint perfect but I'm sure the good sides outshines d bad side, think about the friends, the memories of how it used to be, the gists, the arguments and debates, the news and all that. Everybody has a different opinion and idea and Seun is organizing them all, that's not an easy task.

@sexkills, I've not been in ur board or had anything with u but everybody seem to be complaining about u. I think u need to go back to the drawing board and probably appraise urself.

@high chief, seek to understand first before you're understood.
Politics / Re: Saharareporters -- Audio Recording Of Pastor Bakare $50,000 AsoRock Bribe Story by naija2much: 5:55pm On Dec 04, 2010
Kobojunkie:

Why do you have a problem with Bakare taking on these identities? Are you jealous or I don't know, are you someone who believes people should not wear more than one coat? I am not a Bakare fan myself but in a country where majority of the pastors sit fattening their behinds each day with the loot of others, I would think people would be happy to know we have a pastor who steps off the pulpit to practice some of what he preaches. Sure, he may ruffle a couple of feathers along the way and cause a bit of commotion on the side, which is what EVERY Nigerian should be out doing to get the change we deserve, so why are you particularly on his case? Do you somehow think he CREATED this story to get attention to himself or his his cause?

And, on your suggestion that one thief is better than the other, do you ask that question because you are sick and tired of having thieves rule over your household? Or are you somehow OK with being ruled by someone who fits your idea of a small thief, rather than another whom you consider a bigger thief, despite them all being thieves?

hey, i get your point. but which of them is not a thief? Before you accuse most pastors of looting, isn't Bakare one of them looters too? aint he making money from the church business? if you think change is going to come from this rubbish-think again! we've heard more noise than Bakare's.

, and i wont be surprised if he (Bakare) show up to run for presidency soon!

I did my interview today, some will do theirs tomorrow, so who's giving up? Eeyore, scores matters a lot. For those that score over 60 in the Junior Engineer, some have started work, 44-50 did interview this week. hopefully, there will be interview for guys with less than 44 so keep keeping on. Besides, there are various sections. I didn't even do well in the interview so i do know when to give up but 4 those not yet called for interview, keep your fingers crossed!
