Seruga is wanted jointly by Internal Security Organisation (ISO), Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI), Police and External Security Organisation (ESO).

Famous blogger Titus Seruga is on the run after allegedly stealing Government top secrets, the Director General of Internal Security Col (rtd) Kaka Bagyenda has said.

Seruga is also wanted to answer charges related to abating terrorism and security agencies are working hand in hand with other international counterparts and a Red Notice would be issued against him soon.

Kaka noted that Seruga is wanted in Uganda to answer charges of stealing Government Top secrets that he has been publishing on his facebook wall ‘Titus Seruga’ that has created confusion and he is considered a high threat to the security of the country.
“We do not want to do our work in media but what you have to know the matters he is wanted for are security related and we shall get him by all means,” Kaka Bagyenda the Director General Internal Security Organisation said when contacted.
Seruga is wanted jointly by Internal Security Organisation (ISO), Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI), Police and External Security Organisation (ESO).

However sources in security privy to Seruga’s operations revealed they were investigating one of the intelligence organs after a series of classified operations under them continued leaking on a daily basis giving an indication they were the sources of the leakages.
According to security sources, Seruga fled the Country on January 21, 2015 after one of his contacts in the army tipped him he was to be arrested any time and went to Brussels, Belgium where he is hiding now.
“We are yet to establish his relationship with a particular security organ. We are aware some of his updates concern matters that the agency is investigating and usually this is classified.
He must be working with subversive elements we must weed them out,” the source from CMI revealed.
He was an advertising guru in Uganda before he fled the country and in Brussels he is doing advocacy and activism through which security agencies accuse him of being anti-government through his writings.

There was mild drama, yesterday, along the Lekki-Epe expressway, Lagos, as a conductor engaged the driver of a bus in a fight over N1,500.

According to the conductor, the driver refused to pay him for the previous day’s job. The fight reportedly started inside the bus before they took it to the gutter.

All their passengers were left stranded and those that had already paid, ended up losing their money, as they eventually boarded another bus.

A Nigerian woman has died and her grandchildren currently battling for dear life after their housemaid poisoned their vegetable soup.

In a viral video seen by NairaFame, the girl, identified as Taibat, said she poisoned the food because they refused to give her out of the soup as a punishment for stealing crayfish.

When further probed, she said the victims started purging and vomiting, shortly after consuming the poison.

The suspect, who said the sight made her happy, added that she thought the pesticide would only make the soup bitter.

Facebook user, Chiekezi Dozie who shared the video wrote;

Alleged Phone Thief, Seun Egbegbe Appears In Court today After Spending 20 Months In Prison

The trial of Seun Egbegbe resumes today November 5th, after spending 20 months in prison for allegedly trying to rip off an unsuspecting Bureau de change operator at Gbagada General hospital.

Nollywood film-maker, Olajide Kazeem, popularly known as Seun Egbegbe, who has so far, spent about 20 months in prison custody, for failing to meet the N5million bail granted to him, will be arraigned this Monday by security operatives before a Federal High Court in Lagos.

Recall that the movie producer has been in custody since February 10, 2017, after he was arrested and arraigned by the police for alleged serial frauds involving N39, 098,100, $90,000 and £12,550.

Accoridng to the source , the police alleged that Egbegbe fraudulently obtained the money from no fewer than 40 Bureau De Change operators in Lagos over a period of two years – 2015 to 2017.

He was said to have allegedly swindled the BDC operators by falsely representing to them that he had naira to change into foreign currencies and vice versa.

Egbegbe, alongside one Oyekan Ayomide, was first arraigned on February 10, 2017 before Justice Oluremi Oguntoyinbo, on 36 counts bordering on advance fee fraud.

The charge sheet was subsequently amended twice, with the counts eventually increased to 40 and three other defendants – Lawal Kareem, Olalekan Yusuf and Muyideen Shoyombo – added.

The prosecuting counsel for the police, Innocent Anyigor, said Egbegbe and the other defendants acted contrary to Section 8 of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Related Offences Act 2006 and were liable to be punished under Section 1(3) of the same Act.

They, however, pleaded not guilty.

On February 24, 2017, Justice Oguntoyinbo granted each of them N5m bail with two sureties in like sum.

The judge said one of the sureties must be a civil servant on at least Level 16 and must own a landed property in Lagos State.

The surety, the court said, must deposit the Certificate of Occupancy of the landed property in the custody of the court.

Both sureties were to swear to affidavit of means while their addresses were to be verified by the court registrar.

Justice Oguntoyinbo ordered that the defendants should be remanded in the prison custody until they meet the bail conditions.

About 20 months after the bail was granted, Egbegbe, who was known for lavish spending, has, however, remained in the Ikoyi Prison custody, as he has not been able to meet the bail conditions.

The case was last heard on November 1, 2018 and it is billed to resume on Monday (today) for continuation of trial.

THE BREASTS NEED TO REST! Women should avoid push up brassieres for healthy living, Expert warns


A medical expert, Ms Maymuna Abubakar, has advised women against using “push up brassieres” so as to relax the muscles of their breasts for a healthy living.

Abubakar, an Assistant Director, Nursing Services, Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Teaching Hospital, Bauchi, gave the advice while speaking with newsmen on Friday.

According to her, relaxing breasts muscles will prevent various ailments which could affect the breast.

She advised women to avoid using tight and trending brassieres which she referred to as “push-ups.”

“The muscles of the breast need to rest. So, women and young girls should please allow their breasts to rest when at home.

“We should also clean the breast region thoroughly and regularly.

“We should endeavour to change our brassieres regularly and avoid sleeping while still wearing them,” she said.

-A man is alleged to have defrauded 27 companies in Ghana

A man identified as Rockson Aduboahene, is in police custody for allegedly defrauding 27 companies to the tune of GHS 675,000.

The suspect who is in police custody for allegedly perpetuating the crime is said to have faked the signature of the Chief Executive Officer of Ghana First Company, an NGO in Accra, and also paraded himself as an agent of the company to swindle unsuspecting people of their money.

Ghana First Company limited is a non-governmental organization engaged in the provision of modern sanitation facilities across 254 districts across the country.

Aduboahene took advantage of the company’s sanitation contract it had in 254 districts across the country to defraud several contractors, especially in the Brong Ahafo and Eastern regions.

Mr. Aduboahene is said to have been going about awarding contracts to the unsuspecting contractors in the name of the company.

The attention of the company was drawn to the activities of the imposter when contractors begun demanding payment for work done, supposedly executed in various communities.

Several complaints were lodged with the East Legon police indicating the incident of fraud leading to Aduboahene's arrest at his hideout on Saturday, October 27.

Three Shiite members have died in clash with Nigerian soldiers in Abuja as they were protesting the detention of their leader.

The Army has confirmed that three members of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN) or Shiite, died on Saturday, while two solders sustained injuries when the sect clashed with troops at Zuba in the FCT.

The confirmation was made in a statement by the Commander, Army Headquarters Garrison, Abuja, Maj.-Gen. James Myam on Saturday.

Myam explained that troops of the Garrison were attacked at about 3 p.m. at Zuba bridge by the sect as they escort ammunitions and missiles from Abuja to Army Central Ammunition Depot in Kaduna State.

Troops of Army Headquarters Garrison on official duty escorting ammunitions and missiles from Abuja to Army Central Ammunition Depot in Kaduna State were attacked by some members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) sect at Zuba bridge, of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) at about 3.00pm on Saturday 27th October 2018.

The sect who were supposedly in a procession, established an illegal road block denying motorists free passage. When the troops’ convoy attempted to clear the road block, they met stiff opposition from the sect. Members of the sect used various objects to barricade the road and also pelted the troops with stones and other dangerous items. They smashed both military and civilian vehicles’ windscreens and windows.

They also attempted to overrun the escorts to cart away the ammunition and missiles the troops were escorting. This led to the troops opening fire to extricate themselves. Consequently, troops of 102 Guards Battalion in whose Area of Responsibility the incident occurred rushed to the convoy’s rescue.

Unfortunately, during the encounter 3 members of the sect were killed while 2 soldiers sustained various degrees of injuries and are being treated at a military medical facility.

Meanwhile, normalcy has been restored in the general area and members of the public especially those plying the Abuja - Zuba Road are requested to go about with their normal activities with the assurance from the NA that no individual or persons would be allowed to disturb public peace and unprovoked attacks against military convoys.
