Hopefulman, The biggest mistake you'll make will be to let her back. Trust me, I've been there before, I was her first too, we were together for many years, in my case she claimed distance was the cause. I forgave, forgot and we even got engaged. Had to even resign my job and get something else in the same town so she wouldn't be "bored" again. Till...... I stumbled upon her facebook messages setting up a date to have se.x with the same guy who is now married. Her new defense? that she just chat with him nothing happened ![]() Guy, She'll only get better at covering her tracks and your mind will never be at ease. A broken relationship is better than a broken marriage. Anyways, most girls are wayward now, finding someone that wouldn't cheat is a needle in a haystack. |

Games are fun and engaging, therefore playing educational games is one the easiest ways to learn. The need for financial education cannot be overemphasized. Fortunately, there are lots of games and apps available that practically develop ones understanding of money and investing. Below are my best five. 1. CASHFLOW 101 https://aptmoney.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/cashflow.jpeg Arguably the best and most detailed game about finance and investments. The game was designed by popular author Robert Kiyosaki. The game seeks to improve your understanding of investing, assets and liabilities, financial statements, accounting, stocks, options and real estate investment strategies. PLAY The game requires two or more players. It is divided into two parts (tracks). A “Rat Race” where everyone begins and roll only one dice to advance and a “Fast Track” where you roll two dice to advance. The “Rat Race” mimics how most people begin their life financially while the “Fast Track” mimics the world the wealthy live in. The goal for the first part is to get out of the rat race onto the fast track. You should achieve this by accumulating enough passive income to exceed your monthly expenses. The goal for the second part is to land on your dream space (which you would have chosen at the beginning of the game) or reach the $50,000 mark in passive income to win the game. You can either purchase or play the free web version which requires registration for online play at www.richdad.com. 2. MONOPOLY https://aptmoney.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/monopoly.jpg This popular board game has been around since the 1930’s and is available in many countries and customized versions. The game seeks to improve your understanding of buying and managing properties and enhance your negotiation skills. It also introduces “chance” and “community Chest” to simulate real life spontaneous events. PLAY The game requires two or more players. The goal of the game is to increase your net worth while the other players go bankrupt. You will required to manage cash, buy and develop properties while dealing with financial commitments, such as taxes and emergencies and need to manage your cash flow by earning income (collecting cash as you pass “Go”) and saving. You will have to negotiate with players as cash and real estate holdings increase/decrease and learn to manage debt and mortgages. This game is available online and in departmental stores worldwide. 3. CAPITAL CITY ESCAPE FROM SUPERCORP https://aptmoney.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/capital-city-logo-full.png This is another lovely game from the author Robert Kiyosaki. The game improves your understanding of business and investment strategy. PLAY The goal of the game is for you to find your way to the top by acquiring ultimate assets before your friends (or the evil supercorp robots) with a sound business strategy while avoiding bad debt. The game is available for download on Google Play Store and Apple App Store 4. MONEY RACE https://aptmoney.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/moneyrace.png Similar to cashflow 101 this game trains your investment and financial survival skills. It’s all about passive income and how you can build it. PLAY The ultimate goal is to build your passive income to be greater than your expenses. You will have a profile similar to a common profession and depending on the profession your salary, vehicle expenses, tax payments, mortgage and others will vary. The game is available for download on Google Play Store and Apple App Store 5. THE GAME OF LIFE https://aptmoney.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/game-of-life.jpg This game has also been around for a long time. The game seeks to educate on the importance of early investing, choices on income and career, the effects of losing a job, having children and getting sued. It teaches the cost of compound interest and loan payments as well as the impact of taxes, debt and overspending on net worth. PLAY The game requires two or more players. You win the game by accumulating the largest net worth while choosing paths that simulate real-life choices, such as family size and career. It is available in departmental stores in some countries. Source:www.aptmoney.com |

Hello Investors, How do u guys do technical analysis on your stock? Do d brokers provide a Web based platform or an installable terminal? Or do you use only fundamentals. Thanks |
jorel1:Totally uncalled for. Jorel you are a respected trader here and much is expected of you. you need to apologise to the lady. She mentioned that the guy was some sort of forex tutor to her and seemed good at trading so naturally she parted with some money for good reason, even fellow guys give tutors money like that. so your assumption was rash and unnecessary. do the right thing. |
Cul4real:Try XM instead where you can trade micro lots plus they offer bonus on deposits, FXpro's minimum initial deposit on MT4 is $500 and u can't trade micro lots Cul4real:Trade micro lots, the leverage doesn't matter but make sure you don't open too many positions because your leverage allows you to. PS: you will probably loose your $100, but you will gain experience. |
Hello guys, Couldn't certify my own sedo account, so i'm about opening an account with flippa; but i need to know how does one receive payments from flippa ? is it only through escrow, and does escrow accept Nigerians? FEEDING THE POOR AT AN ORPHANAGE!
|
Permit me to use the Cliché “Behind every successful man, there is a strong, wise and hardworking woman”. I am not from Imo State, but I can’t help but envy Imolites. It is obvious the Imo State Governor has achieved in his first tenure what most Governors haven’t achieved in two tenures. From the free education/stipends for students , allowance to corpers to the construction of roads amongst other achievements. The Imo State Firstlady has been playing more than the usual support role, I stumbled upon her website http://www.imofirstlady.gov.ng/ and facebook page https://www.facebook.com/ImoFirstLady ,I marveled at some of the pictures on the various projects she has done. From the building of over a hundred houses for indigent Widows and Orphans and bringing Imolites together in a superb August Meeting to the Feeding of the poor and motherless baby homes in the State. I heard she was humble but to actually see this humility in pictures, I was deeply touched. Little wonder she reminds me of mother Theresa!

Loose the green and white color combination, i don't know why most Nigerian web designers tend to use it. |
peterpierre1st: We can categorise "IT SECURITY" under Developers.....No we cannot! Security is Security and has little to do with programming |
OP, you forgot to mention IT SECURITY, Government parastatals, Financial Institutions,Multinationals etc. will always be in need of IT Security Experts and will prefer to hire an employee rather than outsource security issues. Nice piece though, The future of IT is an important topic, anyone with or aspiring to have a career in IT should keenly follow the trend and upgrade accordingly, else you might find yourself in a saturated field. |
OP oya clap for yourself. |
afam4eva: I think Rochas runs a transport company among other things. No he doesn't Me thinks most of his initial wealth came from his dealings with the International Red Cross & foreign partners for his foundation. Although some insist he had ties with one former military leader |
Hey Guys, pls i need a copy of ubuntu 12.04, my internet connection is slow so i cant download. or if anyone knows where i can purchase one. i live in Abuja. thanks y'all |
You can use any android phone to trade. However, you still need a PC for proper analysis and optimal use of your preferred indicator(s). Trading strictly with a mobile device is not advisable. |
As our faces are different, so are our thoughts, actions, habits, character & way of life. What the OP says might be true for some guys but not ALL. Girls don't need to be told about their man, Deep within them they know the truth, they are just too foolhardy to believe their instincts. A persons character is pretty obvious. |
Hi, brothers. This Bigshow guy has really turned to the dark side. if he likes let him keep giving those thrash excuses. Can't wait to watch John Cena bring him down. nice thread by the way. |
Jonathan is not Nigeria's problem. The main problem with this country Nigeria is the way 99% of it's citizens think. No one can single handedly lead this country in the right direction, that would be suicide, even the Pope would forced to see things differently if he led Nigeria. In how many ways can you divide a country that has micro ethnic groups? obviously division isn't a solution. we've been praying for Nigeria in distress since I was a kid. obviously prayer isn't a solution. My only advice to all Nigerians is to do what we do best, SURVIVE!!!..... so stop all this whining, it ain't gonna change nothing |

Oluwa4Sure: ** A beggar's brother died, but the man who died had no brother. How could this be?The beggar is female therefore the dead guy's sister its just english, meaning you are both in support of each other. |
