1. No research is ever actually done about them. Nobody in Nigeria or Kenya or any African country has ever had their IQ tested for the sake of these statistics.

2. They're used to sell the narrative that Africans are unintelligent. Google any of those statistics and you'll realise all the bottom countries are African and the average for the top SSA country is always lower than what they consider as retarded IQ in the west.

We are talking of development, not size. Ibadan is a huge sea of rusted iron sheets and mud houses. Nakuru is a well planned small modern city.

The first ones are renders. Anyone can draw renders in his bedroom. In fact, all the 47 governors of Kenya's had such renders during the campaign season promising to build them when they get in power.

The second one is crap - in Kenya many buildings like that are actually illegal structures designed and built by quacks on illegal land. There are thousands of such illegal structures in Nairobi's Eastlands (The poor section of Nairobi) that have been marked for demolition.
