Ibrahimanis: Nope that list you showed said "group" That's including jambojet and other subsidiaries not the "airline" alone.
BTW how many subsidiaries does KQ have? The subsidiaries are also owned by it so what's your problem? When the subsidiaries make losses, you're all too happy to remind us of it. |

I simply pointed out you pick on Edos - something I knew from this thread. I even never knew a community called Edo before. I only knew of Hausa, Fulani, Yoruba and Igbo. |

Edodefender:
Kenya, what's that?
It's a privilege being a Nigerian.
The Most powerful black country on the planet.
Our population in next hundred years will equal India and China, we'll be somehow 15% of world population.
We already have mayors, governors in European countries from Nigeria ancestry.
I foresee a Nigerian presidency in Kenya in next 50 years and he'll win it. Who's this idiot? |

Daejoyoung: Also Boko Haram advanced to Abuja and the middle belt in the past and were coming down south, so they actually wanted to frustrate the Government. Whatever way you look at it, your government has failed to contain Boko Haram. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by NairobiWalker(m): 12:56pm On Jan 18, 2019 |
Daejoyoung: Actually we do not pray for such, but what you should know is that Borno State has Sambisa forest at it's border which cuts across Cameroon and Chad, that border is porous, and Sambisa forest is more than twice the size of Lagos City, the major problem with BokoHaram issue is the failure of the Government in utilizing Sambisa or tightening the ever porous borders, this is why the North Eastern state of Borno and the surrounding Sambisa is a continous battle because there are also foreign West African factions and groups that comes from Chad and elsewhere to combine forces with BokoHaram in Sambisa. BokoHaram is just one name, there are other factions like lSWAP( Islamic West African group), who dwell around the lake Chad and attack villages in Borno at once in their hundreds. The fact that you, a civilian, can clearly see the incompetence of your government in dealing with Boko Haram should be enough to stop you from criticizing any other country's government's handling of terrorists. |

theenchanter: security is all about information and intelligence. Get that into ur bl.oc.ked brain.
The chances of terrorists attack happening in our capital city is very slim compared to northeastern part cos only the northeastern part of d country is prone to attack.
Intelligence is not enough in Nairobi or Kenya as a whole. I guess intelligence is also not enough in Paris, London and New York right? Everybody knows Nigeria is lucky the aim of Boko Haram is not to frustrate the Nigerian government like alshabaab but if something like this happened in Lagos or Abuja, it would be a complete bloodbath. Nigeria just doesn't have the mechanism to control this. |

theenchanter: those attacks can never happen in Abuja or Lagos, terrorists attack can only happen in far away northeast.
But if it happens in Abuja, it'll take less than 3hrs before it's tamed. Like it took less than 3 hrs to save the Chibok girls.

theenchanter: like manufacturing per capita?
What the guy is telling u is that.... Not all stats are measured with per capita. Yea, like life expectancy is not measured per capita and that's why we just list it here but manufacturing per capita is in order. Nigeria with 200M people cannot boast of having a manufacturing industry worth $4 billion. In fact with that value they are grossly underperforming. However if a country like Djibout with 950k people or Mauritius with 1.3 million people had that worth of manufacturing, they would definitely rank as the most industrialized country in Africa. If you can't understand that then I don't know what to say about Nigeria's education system. |

samsobo24: Just 4 terrorist brought the whole Kenya to stand still. You deployed about 100 of police officers in the name of special police squad, something nigerian mobile police would have handled. They tried but I don't see anything special
The truth is, there is nothing to celebrate about it.Kenya is an inexperienced tiny country who haven't been battle and war tested.
I repeat, just 4 terrorist, what happened to your surveillance street cameras, are they not functional.
Meanwhile, what's the latest, are people still afraid of Entering Dusit D2 complex. What has the government said Here is what your honest Nigerian brothers are saying about the rescue while you keep hating despite the fact that inside you know Nigeria could never respond that efficiently to a terror attack.

TayserMahri: Thats a sensationalist, amateur, nationalistic article with a lot of spelling mistakes (solider instead of soldier). I dont expect you to notice that. Why do you think BBC and other serious media missed it? Its based on exaggerations. He did none of what is claimed, except getting in the complex and coming out with civilians the same way as the non-combatant Kenyan forces.
The whole story is based on this:
"During the operation he fired off some rounds – it’s safe bet he hit his target – the SAS don’t miss." (Hearsay)
"He is a long serving member of the Regiment, there is no doubt his actions saved lives." (speculation)

Dont start engaging me in futile arguments, you are a certified ornery! Very pugnacious. Tayser, don't respond to that nincompoop. You're just giving him unnecessary relevance. |

Danielnino00: With the way the Kenyans like to bring in per capita and other population indexes to downgrade whatever stats we beat them in ehn... I'm surprised they aren't far ahead of the likes of Norway, Switzerland, Morocco, Denmark,Belgium et al
You guys are either stupid or just dumb whenever you say this. We are comparing Nigeria to Kenya and we are telling you, per capita we are better than you. Those countries you state are better than us per capita and nobody is denying that. How you state them to discredit per capita statistics is beyond me. I just can't get how your foolish brains reason. |

Ibrahimanis: Exactly what I am talking about mister f*cking clever. That list is just what it is "the list of the most promising companies on the continent". Nothing more nothing less. It has nothing to do with GDP, population or whatever.
It span different sectors from agriculture, finance, education, health e.t.c. So you're asking about something you already know Mr. Stupid? Take your genieluv bullshit to zoogeria. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by NairobiWalker(m): 10:46pm On Jan 17, 2019 |
Ibrahimanis: 1. I Am well aware I brought the ranking here, I don't suffer from amnesia after all.
2. So you say.
3. Good. According to that list, tell me which sector is it that Kenya beats SA.
4. Because I like being stupid. Which sector was your list about Mr. Stupid? |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by NairobiWalker(m): 8:08pm On Jan 17, 2019 |
Ibrahimanis: SA population is more than Kenya's, it's GDP is more than Kenya's, yet Kenya has more companies listed than SA, should we say Kenya is doing better than SA then? Yes or no would do.
Show me where I said Ghana would be a state in Nigeria. 1. You brought that ranking here yourself, no Kenyan brought. 2. SA is economically way ahead of Kenya. This does not mean SA beats Kenya in everything, there are some things which we are better but on average they are far ahead. 3. If your list is to go by then yes, Kenya beats SA in that particular sector. Why are you so stupid? |

Ibrahimanis: Remind me what we are talking about again? Telecom market or number of Telecom companies.
Telecom market then yes you are correct.
Telecom companies no you are wrong. The total market value of the Telecom companies. 1 Safaricom for instance could be worth a couple of Glos. |

samsobo24: You repeat issues
Check Lagos light rail,BRT,4th mainland bridge, numerous cities etc
Nairobi suffers severe underdevelopment

check Osun state billion naira water project and hide your face in shame.
The EAC already has water connectivity throughout the city Nice green estates Tall skyscrapers Better planned neighborhoods Bigger and busier airport 2 other smaller airport apart from the 1st big one More and better 5 star hotels National Park and animal orphanages More and better managed public parks A larger and more efficient SGR station and depot More and better-ranked universities Multinational headquarters can I even list them? Nairobi seems to beat Lagos in everything good other than Population and size. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by NairobiWalker(m): 3:32pm On Jan 17, 2019 |
Ibrahimanis: Doesn't work like that. That's like saying Nigeria should have 4times your Telecom companies because we have 4times your population.
Exactly, where is Tanzania? Which is why I said cooked. No way Kenya should rank above Tanzania. You brought the data yourself boasting about Nigeria having 97. Kenya being ahead of Tanzania is the norm..............and yes, for a similar penetration rate, the telecoms market of Nigeria should be at least 4 times Kenya's to match Kenya's. That's not something I'm supposed to be teaching a grown up. |
