It implies that a Nigerian citizen has a Nigerian passport ( no green card). A UK citizen also have British passport (no green card) and Russia do no issue green card maybe resident permit. Bottom line, I don't know Mikel's legal residency/ies abroad but my point is, those countries you named have no business with green card and even in a Country like USA where green card is issued, you can't be a US citizen and still have a US green card.
