No it shows government schools is actually the scam. The pupils being taught should be high priority not the employees. That's why Nigeria is in such a mess cause the government treat themselves better than the people they serve just as the picture clearly depicts.

Government school possess qualified teachers that justifies their high salaries.
An O'level student can teach in a private school because the owner who is seeking
profit will minimize cost

Some people here instead of condemning the crime they will be busy checking names to confirm which tribe carries the day.

If they are unsuccessful determining which name belongs to which tribe they will resort to measuring the shapes of the heads of the accused to be sure.
