One of my Oga bought this car that year. I used to think he bought a bundle of problem Sha. Then didn't really know much about cars. Though I never heard him complained. I remembered my direct boss had to dump his Tacoma, Nissan Pathfinder and Camry 04/05 and borrow the other guys Infiniti to go and. Pick one expatriate from Benin airport. The guy who drove the car fell in love and was singing praise. Many years back tinz |

Chuks9000: In the Nigerian context, an emir is the ruler of town just like you have the oba in the west. He is normally supported by village heads. While the sultan is the spiritual head of a region which includes the domain of several or most emirs. Just like the ooni of Ife. How much influence the sultan has over the emirs in the modern day 9ja is what I can't say. To answer your question, he is senior to all the emirs. Thanks |

Pearlyakin: Well, to answer this question we need to go back to history of Uthman Dan fodio, while he was spreading his jihad he choose his relative to serve as Emir, but his own descendant claimed the throne of Sultan, thereby signifying that Sultan is greater than the Emir. OK. Thanks |

introvertedsoul: My dear brother thank you for attempting to school the dunce. Unfortunately your efforts are in futility, the near-autistic being is hell bent on shoving his brainless ideas down our throats. The funny part is he doesn't realize that what is done is done! We have rejected it, and so it shall be! The Nile actually supplies Kenya, Ethiopia,Egypt and other countries in that region. And yet some mentally handicapped Aboki clown is trying to tell us they can't replicate a miniature form of that process in their region. No mind them. So because they want to do business I should surrender my land, my peace and even my blood? |
Politics › Re: Ebonyi Rejects FG's Proposed Cattle Ranching by nams77: 3:17pm On Jun 22, 2018 |
Rossikki: Beef comprises 95% of meat consumed daily in Nigeria. And even if northerners transport meat southwards daily, are you saying that demand for meat is fully met? Of course not. That is why it is expensive. So you need MORE. And adopting this hostile attitude to the herdsmen and denying them ranching facilities is shooting yourself in the foot. Extremely dumb and thoughtless. And to say "people wouldn't perish without" is the most ignorant rubbish I've heard on this forum. Meat is protein. A severe drop in protein intake would be disastrous for the country. What the hell is wrong with you? Can't you use your brain? It is in your interest to accommodate those herdsmen by building ranches in the south. You are truly thick in the skull. So because I need to eat beef meat, I should now allow a brood of vipers and killers to stay in my backyard. If the Fulanis are peaceable, no one would have been rejecting them. They are been rejected because they are seen as murderous; rightly or wrongly. Look at what miyetti allah is saying and juxtapose it with what is happening in Benue now. Have you ever been to the Nile region in Egypt and also Israel. They have arid lands like in the North but they invested massively in irrigation, especially Egypt that lifted water from the Nile River. Alternatively, the herdsmen can set up ranches up North and buy fresh grasses from the south. Use Argentina as a case study for this The Fulani herdsmen and their owners doesn't want to spend a dime but want to reap massively,. With the support of this government. Apart from beef, there are other sources of protein. Chicken, goat, fish, bean, pork/bacon. The best source of protein is lean meat (chicken and goat meat) if you know much about science, you would know this. I wont dignify you with a response again as I guess this one will suffice. AutoElectNG: Have you taken time out to study this thread from A to Z?
https://www.nairaland.com/3661728/on-board-diagnostics-obd-ii-questions/
Heads up, brother... the automotive technician needs to invest in tools...a tool in that price range is going to be pretty limited in what it can and cannot do
If you want to play god with cars...you are going to need the factory scan tool per car model you work on...does not come cheap...but you will be able to play god to each brand of car that you possess the factory scan tool...I have preached this from day 1...I think thebigkendo now appreciates why I have held on to that position, maybe he could chip in some words Not everyone wants to be an auto electrician. There are just every day average blokes who will need a functional, modest scanner to scan their cars on a personal level to avoid the car been kazeemized. So for such kind of person, you may not really recommend the very high end scanners (my thoughts though). I'm also interested in a modest scanner but the gurus are not forthcoming with suggestions Let me call kingreign first weda e go answer |

EgunMogaji: I'm glad that you asked
Mazda R vehicles, such as RX2, RX3, RX7, and RX8 uses rotary engine as designed by Herr Dokkter Wankel (not self-servicer)
https://cdn.speednik.com/wp-content/blogs.dir/1/files/2015/09/2015-09-21_20-23-58.jpg
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/c/ce/Henry_Ford_Museum_August_2012_69_%281986_Mazda_Wankel_rotary_engine%29.jpg
A rotary engine doesn't have cylinder head, valves, pistons, etc like we do in "normal" engines.
If you ever have a chance to get a ride in a well sorted RX vehicle please take it. You'll be amazed about the quietness, vibration free, smoothness, power and grace of the powerplant.
I miss my 3 RX7's Thanks for the lecture. Guessed I learnt something new today. That's what I love about this forum |

Seeing this write up brings back nostalgic memories. I remembered when my dad used to come pick us after school some evenings. The first family car we ever had before the Peugeot 505 and the Benzs. Remembered travelling from warri to the east with my uncle in his beetle then as a starry-eyed little boy going to the villa after writing my junior waec exam. How time flies. I will do anything to have a pimped version of the beetle that was customized by the crews of pi.mp my ride. It was so badass. Let me run thru the net to see if I can see it

Mind you... I am a Benz person. I am a Benz person too but truth must be said. Toyota makes simple cars that even a bicycle repairer can fiddle with it . For car enthusiasts, Toyota is a mass produced car. That is why it is so beloved by Nigerians which is all together not a bad thing, putting in mind the economic situation of the country. Most persons alluded the strange occurrence to spiritual issues but I have met someone who has issues like this and it is not spiritual. I decided to paste this here to help us get a clear orientation about this issues and point our minds in the proper direction. For more information on this, you can google postcoital bleeding.
