You are soon going to see similar scenarios across the world. They will be emboldened by their shameful acts as they fill leadership positions in the media, judiciary and politics. They will find a name to label the rest of us who are opposed to this unnatural act, they'll call us 'incestphobic' or something like that.

Fake scientists would rise up to prove that these guys are born incests, that there is nothing they can do about it, just like the rest of us are born the way we are.

Bills would be sponsored in parliaments across the world for the change of constitutions to alter marriage defination, they will claim incest a is human right similarly to black or latino or women's right. They will claim they love their parents and children therefore they want to get married, raise family and be 'happy together'.

They will bring heavy money into the debate. Europeans will lead then other so-called civilized nations, then South Africa will start it SSA, sub-Saharan Africa.

Above all, they will claim it (incest) has always been with us. They will cite cases of incests, including Ramoni's, and Noah's in the bible. We must prepare for the battle ahead.

1. Take a conscious decision that you want and need to lose weight.
2. Go on a diet of moderation; smaller portion sizes, not fasting
3. Do not eat after 6pm
4. Do not take soft drinks
5. Find time to exercise for 30mins at least 3 times a week

It's hard work, but then again nothing good comes easy

hmm, as for what's suitable for the face, I'd suggest you go through this thread, I myself learnt a thing or 2 from the thread, or better still, lets wait for the beauty experts

Btw, i guess shea butter is really good for the skin, so i think you can use it on your face too. But there has also been nice suggestions for face creams on this thread, just read through, I am sure you'll get something.

WOW! am really impressed! am new to nairaland,  after reading most of your comments i wished i had joined earlier,  God bless u ladies for all these tips and reviews,  i have lots of issues,

the most pressing of them all is that i have stretch marks,  very difficult ones! and my inner thighs are dark! what do i use? please help me fast! will be meeting "HIM" in 3 months time for the first time,  u know what i mean,  pls,  something not too expensive but if its worth it then i ll save up to get one. thanks all and God bless!
