Ttipsy: What about the unending insecurity in Niger where the Americans have a base but are now being chased away from? Why have they not ended it but it's getting worse instead. People as you are not students of history and are bound to repeat the mistakes in history. I wonder how messed up your personal life would be rn. Imagine deciding on all issues as though they are black or white. |

Ttipsy: It seems like you're still a teenager and your brain has not fully developed to comprehend some things. I will not waste my time. Just go in history and mention countries that enjoy the so called US protection after the US put a base on their soil. |

123yes: Even if EFCC starts with Buhari or Tinubu himself, you will still complain. I've seen this a lot over the years and can't be surprised anymore. What is wrong with starting is Bello? What about the other former governors who have been invited or even arrested by EFCC. Some of you just want a Banana Republic so that you can wake up having something to wail about. 7 Likes 1 Share |

This should be a lesson to all. Keep doing what you do because you can never satisfy your fellow humans. If it were members of the opposition being prosecuted this way, these crops of alatenuje who have benefited from the rot of our society will wail. Now that they are members of the ruling party, they are wailing still. They just cannot stand anyone challenging the status quo. What we see in broad day light is corruption supporting corruption. More attack on the agency to come. 3 Likes 1 Share |

100millionGoal: Obi is popular already in the south but Reno's criticism has no quantifiable influence in the North. Pointing out Obi's hypocrisy from time to time does not help him in the south either, it simply demystifies him of the saint-like status he chooses to portray himself as. 1 Like 1 Share |

This road was awarded by the Jonathan administration and marked completed but was never done. Jonathan had to go to commission a Belloxi biscuits factory around the industrial estate in Agbara. Knowing he would be there, that road was fixed in 24 hours in the most substandard fashion you can see. He arrived in a chopper. He must probably have been fooled from the sky, thinking the money had gone to the right place. It was that day I realized that if a president would be successful or not, it would depend on the people around him. 114 Likes 7 Shares |

BarrNosaEsq: And what exactly is the problem with all these you mentioned? Amechi was minister for 8 years in a country of 200 million people. What else would he have prayed for in life? To be president? Think deeply about these things. Umahi today is a minister and would be for probably 8 years. What else would he want? And after his tenure, what would you expect of him? Think deeply. 2 Likes |

FactBoyz: You support Netanyahu, hope you know he wouldn't bat an eyelid to kill a black man either. I think people should put humanity first. The people in Palestine are being treated as subhumans who are in prison. It bothers me that some people from certain region who constantly fight day and night for freedom and have lost 3 million people to a war for the course the believe in are supporting Israel. It's just unbelievable. |

Albertone: What pains me about his view is that people like him do nothing, know nothing, and have opinion on everything. Those in the industry know how it is now. It's difficult to get a high paying tech jobs in Nigeria, they will be pricing you like Crayfish. It's also riskier to move to other jobs. They may have projects they are working on. As soon as it's done, they give you two month break and lay off. 1 Like |

AfahaAbia: I just quoted a guy telling him now that he has no idea what the industry is saying. Things have changed drastically. Layoffs everywhere. If you have money, use am hold something. Moving around in tech now is harder and riskier. |
Career / Re: Layoffs And Job Security Force Nigeria’s Tech Workers To Traditional Industries by NapoleonHill: 1:15pm On Apr 16 |
MT: Are you in tech? If not, just read, learn and move on. There's a global retrenchment exercise from big tech all the way to start ups. Tech is now way more competitive now than what it used to be. In Nigeria, I can mention about 4 financial services companies massively downsizing. These are places I have friends, they are panicking and seeking alternatives including studying abroad and other roles as stated in the article. This is not to mean that others do not make money from tech today. It means a lot of things are changing and doing so very fast. 4 Likes |

So because he was attacked, he should surrended to them? If anyone goes about life that way, they will never amount to anything because life is always full of obstacles. 1 Like |

nairalanda1: Can you enlighten me, please? If government has been subsidizing power, why is the money not used to keep running the power distribution sector? Why is the discos waiting for when the masses pay before they can start running the sector properly? What are they using the subsidy being paid for? |
