Programming / Re: If You're Entering Tech Don't Learn Frontend... by NapoleonHill: 9:01am On Jul 15, 2023 |
My take is, for someone coming into tech for the first time, it's easier to start with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. These will give you the visuals to see first hand what you're doing. When you see in real-time how what you write translate into something magnificent, you'd be inspired to do more. While I may not say frontend is saturated, what the influx into the role means is you have to be very good with your craft. Other tech fields are harder to break through for entry level except you're just lucky. This is because real learning will take place at enterprise level. Let's take DevOps for example. There are too many bottlenecks that only working on enterprise projects and a lot of them will develop you fast enough. To summarize, if you're lucky, jump on entry level roles in cyber security and DevOps and data analytics but if you're looking to be inspired as someone who's never done anything tech, by all means, take html, css and JavaScript. |

IkeGod9891: I'm sorry for you, time bender. Isn't it ironic that when you point a finger at someone, three other fingers will point back at you? You need to look more after yourself. Abuja, Tinubu, or I aren't your problem. 1 Like |

Even if Tinubu gets 0% in Abuja, it doesn't matter because he would be president for 8 years and I hope he gets lesser in 2027 so that you can have enough to wail about in the next dispensation. All these recycled rubbish in the news is to keep some of you jobless fox busy. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Moblux: I was just like you until I listened to the Jamb PRO this morning. There are overwhelming evidences that she knew exactly what are scores are. For example, would you believe just two days ago, she checked her result using her Airtel phone number and it return her original result? She also attempted to input the result she wanted through text. The record was displayed on channels this morning. She never mentioned that in her address. She's conceiving a lot. 3 Likes |

Politics / Re: I Supported Peter Obi But, So Far, Tinubu Is Making The Right Calls by NapoleonHill: 8:04am On Jun 15, 2023 |
Kukutenla: 1. CBN governor is not being arrested for the redesign of the naira. Please, get informed. 2. The act was necessary to lay down the guidelines for execution. That act was on Buhari's table all along but he did not sign. It's a relief we have a president who understands the urgency of our challenges and how impatient we've become to see the country work. And if you must see action like you anticipate, that act has to be signed. 3. Like every other policy as seen in previous government, it can turn out good or bad but with the level of ownership the president has taken even before he was elected, a lot of us are confident in his ability to steer the policies aright. Conclusion: Make of it what you want, Nigerians are happy seeing a government that takes actions. It's been many years we saw someone in government suspended or policies being made with bold steps. We are happy. 5 Likes |

Politics / Re: Students Loan; Tinubu May Give Autonomy To The Universities by NapoleonHill: 10:45pm On Jun 12, 2023 |
BloomingDale: Does being a student mean you're alone in this world? No families, no family friends, no neighbors or anyone who can attest to your good character and stand in for you that you'd not default? How is your NIN supposed to guarantee anyone that you'd not default? This scheme is not charity for some people who are considering it to be. Those who take loans should be willing to pay back so that the younger ones too can benefit. 4 Likes 1 Share |
