It's never too late to get started

Good morning nairalanders

Plz I really need ur advice,i opened a thread last year whether to focus on my skill or continue with education where I got different response to continue with education but now I'm thinking in a different way.
My skill is still there which i'm unable to use here in school, but I found out another source of income(which is LEGIT) but this source clashes with my time table in school

I have to be online from 1:00pm-11:00pm (which is 7:00am-5:00pm over there but sometimes I might jst be online for 3-4hrs and still make better stuffs and jst log out ) to be able to a meet up with things.

I did this last month not up to two weeks and I'm able to make more than 100,000 which i'm very happy
So my main concern now is that is it advisable for me to leave school and focus more on this stuff I'm doing (I'm in 100l and we are in our second semester and lecture started last week which handicapped me from doing this work)

Because it is very impossible for me to be in the lecture hall and be running this stuff because i'm already concluding that I shd jst leave this sch and go rent a small apartment and continue this work I'm doing
So Plss ADVICE is urgently needed for me to know the path to follow so as not to regret later

Can you please share this your online source of income .....I need something I can be doing on the side to earn additional income.

I actually didn't go out today to search for...lol, was indoor throughout then later went to the cinemas in the evening.

Oh wow....you really want out of your way.....I am not really familiar with areas since I was originally based on Lagos .....I don't know where akala express is with respect to my work place which is at nasfat busstop (behind leadcity university).....The place isn't bad at all looking at the pix you took.

yes that's how they are. The logic is if agent A is the direct agent and Agent B knows about it and you looking for house go to meet agent C. Agent C will retert to B and B will revert to the direct agent A. All these 3 agents will have their cut. That's the reason why the charges are on the hight side.

You can only be lucky and not go through agent when you go to areas that are not that posh nor estate and u will have pap seller waking u up in the morning with their song or Cockrell.... You know what I mean

Oluyole houses are given to agent, if you see any available they will eventually give you agent no. It's stressful I must tell you, I did that on Monday and Thursday.

I am even thinking of taking a 2 bedroom and share with someone but don't know how the persons character will be, Henceforth my reason for the self on. Though 2 bedroom are around 250k/280k and total package usually around 350k.

I even have one 3bedroom for 500k and 2bedroom for 350k in my estate at Oluyole but they are too expensive.

Yea I went out last month to some agents and what I was shown was nothing to write home about.The last one I saw was on Joyce-B road just by the road but the room was kinda small.The building was converted and expected to share kitchen with other neighbors. Made inquiry about the nepa charges and the baba was like when I pay I can discuss that with the other tenants ...can you imagine?.

Sharing a 2 or 3 bedroom isn't a bad idea at all but as you said you hardly know people's character and I don't even know anyone who needs accommodation ATM.

He is more of the out-going type and mostly initiates outings.But when I am on my own ....indoors is bae.
