The only thing I find not quite so good about the formation is that Lamps seems to be lost always in the middle. Until he pops up in the box, I don't quite see his control of the mid-field.

That's for you to worry about. No one writes "Roman" in front of the "Champions of England", they write Chelsea. Search the internet, I swear you won't find it.   Chelsea even won the FA Cup and League in '10 after being on eof the lowest spenders in the league for 3 concurrent seasons. . . but that never matters to Arsenal fans.

That said, even you will kill to have Roman for half a season if the current trend persists. Like Lalaboi said, you can't even pick up a trophy that's been left at your doorstep.

Here is a list of recent champions and their trophy drought but the media makes Arsene and Arsenal their object of obsession.
Barcelona 1999-2005 (no single trophy)
Inter Milan 1998-2006
Chelsea 2000-2005
Manchester United 1985-1990 (with Ferguson, no single trophy)
Liverpool 1995-2001 & 2006-2011

They even could not qualify for Champions league , but with Arsenal FC the measuring stick is different.

Play Kalou as a striker and you hedge against his poor decision making.

How do you score more goals when you have poor decision making?
You'll most likely pass the ball across goal when you should shoot or shoot when should make a pass.
Regardless of position played, more than average decision making is crucial to success.
And that's what makes Kalou. . . well Kalou!

Kalou has potential to be the best player in the world. There are only a few players in the world who possess better on-the-spot or on-the-run dribbling skills than Kalou. The one and biggest problem that plagues the dude is his decision making. His decision making makes Ramires look like Messi. As long as that remains, he will continue to be just another player.
