If cos of the fear that the next manager will not perform, Chelsea retains LFS, it is also no guarantee that he will succeed in the coming seasons.
So back to my question, what do we need? You may/may not agree but the team is playing zero football and that my friend, boils down to the manager of the team.

I watch closely how LFS wants his players to play. . . He wants them to move the ball around and create opportunities. These players played a route one system with everything around Lampard and Drogba. I do not expect them to change just like that.

My humble assessment of the whole situation is that these players can't play LFS's system. . . we need width, pace and creativity as well people who know where the goal mouth is, to play this system. . . that's why he succeeded in Brazil and with Brazil. . .

So far the system has failed. . . . I genuinely still believe though that the system can work. . . .  So to your question. . . what do we do? . .


My Answer. . . . Let's tweak a bit. . find the right players for this system and see what happens. . . !
