WTF, I can't beleive I am reading this on a sports forum. This is supposed to be Arsenal - one of the best clubs in the world with one it's fans suggesting that their back-up defender is on loan. "He has gone to gain experience" A back-up defender. Can you beleive that? If that is the case, then forget the league.

Even Bolton fans will not suggest that.

You and the other guy are one of those fans that see a player play for the club in a particular position and that is it. He can't play elsewhere. That's why you hear questions like do you ever watch arsenal play. Henry was a pathetic right winger before Arsene made him a striker.

Eboue was a right defender last season long. Did you know he could play on the right of midfield? A back-up defender on loan. I can't beleive it.

If Gallas and Toureare out for any reason at all only Eboue in that whole team will be considered for CD.

This the second time I am having to explain what I typed to you. I told you I won't say chelsea will win the League. That does no mean I said chelsea won't win the league. There is a difference.

And mind you if there is a chance of two teams winning the league Arsenal is not one of the two. Chelsea is.

I can see you are just a fan. Do you watch Arsenal matches is the question you asked me. So if you are Arsenal's manager, you will play a player on loan in central defence (a sensitive positon) in favour of eboue. If Djourou is that good as a back-up defender, why is he on loan?  If Gallas and Toure are injured in the arsenal team, the next player fit to step into central defence in that team is Eboue. That's what wenger will do. That's how Tacticians think.

There's no part of my "SERMON" that has suggested that Chelsea is going to win the league but that Arsenal WON'T win the league.

I know we have not played you but even if you chelsea you still won't win the league. you wait till the African nations then you will know what I am talking about. Toure leaves and then you bring in Calamity PHILLIPE GENEROUS. Gallas will be over worked and then get injured. Unfortunately Ebuoe could have come into cetral defence but he's left as well. 4 league games and you'll lose them all and then you'll be 12 points behind ManU.  

I won't tell you chelsea will win the league for now. After January transfer window, I will be able to tell you. For now i don't hope on false victories. I know if I ask you, You probably say you will win the treble.

I can't beleive this are the same guys that criticize chelsea when we said we lost the league because most of the season we had crucial players off.

Anyway I have always said Arsenal is a team of inexperienced players that can't stand the test of time. I know this is going to make a lot of you guys very furious but that is it. The truth . Young ( like they like to say) and inexperienced. i never had the illusion for once  that arsenal was going to win to the league. These players are ones that can give you one-match surprises when you need one but that's it. Like Jose Muorinho said last season when liverpool beat chelsea.

You can't win the league by just the brilliance of your first 11, but by the brilliance of those on the bench that come on and give meaningful support. In other words a good bench.

Secondly, those boys of arsenal can stand the test of time over 38 matches. Now they have found out that they can be beaten and just by any team by middlesborough. Let's see waht does to their confidence. Beginning this weekend Arsenal will really face the test of time. This christmas the league is lost. Simple.

I understand your resentment for Kalou but Pizza is not as verstaile as Kalou. Kalou can play wide and in the center of attack while Pizza can only play center. It doesn't mean kalou can score it just means he can take up more roles. I also think he was pathetic in the match.

Ballack played with the reserves last week. He is slowly returning to form. If he doesn't make it before the January transfer window he might neva play for chelsea.

I think Ballack, Sheva, SWP, Kalou, Sidwell will all be oddloaded in the Summer. I don't know what you think but I think we really don't need them. I will prefer Lenon to from tottenham to SWP any day.

We've not done so badly in the second half but need the three points.

First half over. Not too good football. Whatever the plan of Westham is has been fantastic. They are pressing real hard and causing us to make mistakes. We miss a player charging forward with the ball. Essien.


IMO Sidwell shuld not be a chelsea player. I can't wait for January to bring in Arshavin or Modric.

I share Jackal's point of view. I love Jose with a paasion but AG stepped in after his departure and has pulled some results. Agreed, he is using the same crop of players, he still has manged to get results and we should not disrespect his achievements.

13 matches unbeaten so far.


Let's look at it from this angle, If Gus Hiddink or Fabio Capello took over from  Jose and achieved the same results AG has with the same players, we'll call them Genius. Why? Because the are proven taticians.

The only part of AG that has not been tested for now is his ability against stronger oppositions especially our big 5 Liverpool, Barcelona, ManU, Arsenal and Tottenham.

I will also like to see how he copes with the pressure of the Christmas premiership. If he scales these with good results, I won't be part of the party to criticise him anymore. But for now I think he has done a good job especially when everyone thought he couldn't get this far.

I am not saying he is the best Tactician but he definitely has achieved results with good team spirit and fabulous play.

He will bring his type of players in the January transfer and we can judge him then. For now he is here to stay; so I say let's watch on.

Good match. The continous win is good spirit for the team. Everyone of them was at their best. I hope we get I it right at christmas as well. That is going to be the test for Grant.


I also want to see this type of performance against the big teams. That will be the proper evolution. Good stuff
