Hello gurus in the house, compliments of the season to you all.
I used to think it was possible to apply for a 90 day tourist visa(3months) until I saw this on dubai visa site, posted on the 27th october 2016. Great gurus, kindly shed more light on this.

its easier for most companies to get a 30days or transit visa dan a 90days cos most people applying for the 90days have no plans of leaving wen it expires and they don't get a residence visa.

You dont need to pay for skilled job, cos its based on merit, you would be interviewed. unless person you paid to would just show u where the interview is holding and ur money expires.

Does that mean for certain a Dubai visa issued on a previous passport that is missing can be used with the re-issued passport?

Because my fear is that the passport number, issuing and expiring date will change.

wen u renew a passport the new one would also carry a space for the old passport number . i believe that would help.

that's too bad hope its not in Ras al khaimah? Cos employers in RAK would use u and dump u without visa unless the serious ones. Do you have anything to show u worked for two months? But even if you do labour wouldn't even help cos you are not supposed to work with a visit visa. Just pray they get u your visa

the main thing is to find out if he has applied first before talking about tracking it. Some people would just take ur money and keep it wen they haven't even gotten a company they would apply the employment visa from. If he has applied, ask him for proof . have u done your thumbprint?

If you will permit me to add a voice to this, due to forex fluctuation, its presently between 400 - 450k, depending on your agent or anybody assisting you from UAE. and yes, its only two Emirates that are allowed to process for Nigerians for now. The other five Emirates have placed a temporary ban on Nigerians, Dubai Emirate inclusive.

dude; only which two? Dubai still issued 90 days as at yesterday. 400-450k is it just for 3months visa or both ticket or 3months accommodation?

firstly your residence should state a profession in either level 1, 2 or 3. And secondly our salary certificate from your company.

This is to inform the house that you can resign before completing your 6months probation period if you secure a better offer. My friends One Pakistani and Egyptian got an offer of 2800AED receptionist job few days ago. One of them sign his resignation letter yesterday. The Egyptian is off yesterday, maybe he will do the same today.

One of them told me that with the new labour law, you can resign before completing your probation period if you have your Emirate ID. He said he will work for free for one Month or pay his one month salary to the company. Expect update from me.

I share this information to tell you guys that you should not be afraid to start small. Sometimes 3months visiting visa can not get you your desired job but start small to get a stay and proceed thereafter.

not all firm can allow u leave before the 6months. Anyways working free for one month should be the trick from that company. So its not like its a new rule ish

its easier getting any visa once u have a uae residence permit. Cos I got a schegen visa without stress. But bear in mind u would need to meet some certain criteria.
