1. Car dealers are seriously struggling to find buyers these days because of the economic situation. This means that even if a 10 year old kid shows up on their doorstep and requests for benz, they'll happily sell to him without asking any questions.

2. Most flats in estates are controlled by estate managers or property agents not landlords. And those ones don't care about your age or source of income. As long as you can pay what they're asking for, you'll get an apartment.

Your post about n8n automation really caught my attention. I’d love to explore it further with you. Of course, I can do my own research and gather free and paid resources to learn it, but I’d much rather have an accountability partner to help me stay disciplined.

If you’re open to it and I won’t be too much of a bother, I’d love for us to learn this new field together.

I haven't started the course yet. And I'm not even planning to start this July cos I have a lot of workload this month. I want to start when I have less work load so I can have enough time to learn it properly.

Manual cars don't even fit Lagos roads with all the traffic. Imagine changing gear every 30 seconds until you reach your destination. That's punishment.

Manual cars are for free roads. I do prefer automatic as well. And till date I don't see anything special about manual cars that makes those who drive it feel ontop of the world.
