I just checked Air peace and united Nigerian Airlines websites, Ebonyi isn't listed among their destinations. Why is the governor lying to us? undecided

I don't know why security outfits like Vigilantees with various operation names nd tags always target innocent Nigerians....

They leave criminals, cultist, ritualist nd all sort of evil people and focus there mayhem on the people dey swore oath to protect.

Rip young blood.
That's because most of them were criminals and cultists before they were mobilized to form the vigilante outfit.
TravelRe: The Moment The Sole Survivor Of The Air India Crash Walked To The Ambulance(pix) by Nazgul:
Afrobasic:
I really have doubts about this guy's story.

Sole survivor walking away totally unhurt. Something smells fishy undecided

Seems to me he wasn't even on the plane to begin with, possibly a bystander who got bruised by debris.
There's nothing to doubt cos he was on the flight. Are you aware that oridinary transportation companies here in Nigeria all have manifest that carries the names of all passengers on board, how much more a flight going on an international route.

I believe that right from the moment that plane crashed and he started trending as the sole survivor, the flight manifest was pulled up to confirm if he was indeed on the flight. And for modi (the prime minister) to visit him in hospital means he was on the doomed plane.

I was once in a situation where women came through for me.
Infact sometime around COVID 19, I was in debt of N2m, it was a lady that gave .e the money without interest
Quick question, were you in a relationship with any of those ladies?

it's two way round.
Whoever loses the job, the other should help
Nigerian men are more likely to assist their bankrupt girlfriends than the other way round.

One a girl notices the cash is no longer available, she'll either dumps you openly or start cheating secretly.

Your number 3 point is flawed. Doesn't she have parents?

What if you're the one who looses your job, would she come through for you?

I know of a parent that wants her child to be taught three subjects in a private lesson, two days per week, but guess how much she wants to pay, 6k per month.
That how terribly people downgrade teachers to.
6k per month in this economy is nothing but slavery.

I can only hit a woman back in public space because if anything happens to her in my house I will be held responsible even if she started the fight the law will favor the woman best I can do is to push her out of my house and if she is a risk to me I will report her to the authorities thats all😁

TravelRe: My story With Air Peace – Adams Oshiomhole by Nazgul: 7:25pm On Jun 11, 2025
I'm not a fan of Adams oshomole, but I can tell you that everything he narrated about airpeace is the truth and nothing but the truth. I'm speaking from first hand experience. I've had to pay an extra 70k to be put on another flight on a 105k flight to Enugu because of this same issue.

This is why I try as much as possible to avoid their early morning flights.

I try to book my flights from 1:30pm so that I can be at the airport as early as 11:30am to avoid stories that touch.

That company is extorting Nigerians. The day Nigerians would rise up to protest against them is the day they'll cease to exist.
Christianity EtcRe: Nigeria Churches Are One Of The Reasons Why Many Nigerians Are Poor - Pastor Son by Nazgul: 4:43pm On Jun 11, 2025
Chinjo2:
This guy is saying the truth and nothing but the truth.
How many prayer warriors can afford to feed themselves? They are always looking impoverished.
They spend the whole day building an empire for their pastor and his family but forget to build themselves
At the end, they will end up serving the pastor and also serving his son after he had passed on.
The worse part is that a lot of them are in their 40s with no skill and absolutely nothing whatsoever.

They've become slaves to the church. Sometimes when you see the way the pastor shouts at them, you'll know that their life is over.

Pastors spend millions but workers in the same church struggle to feed themselves despite their devotion.

I don't know who did this to Africans.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Can A Graduate Push Wheelbarrow To Earn A Living? by Nazgul: 1:38pm On Jun 11, 2025
Hezzyluv:
To start with, how many Nigeria graduate can afford about 100k to buy wheelbarrow? grin

Back to the topic, the answer is yes. So long you don't beg before you eat.

I be graduate . I dey drive Keke. Give me 300k salary job per month now, I will have to think twice before I even think of accepting such offer.
l no go come dey answer sir... For 300k job from 7am-6pm come dey run enter bus up and down everyday morning and evening.

Money dey for some hustling pass some office work. Most especially, those office work without growth.
Keke and korope are highly lucrative as compared to wheelbarrow.

In Lagos there are bus stops were you won't even spend up to 5 minutes to load your Keke.

Wheelbarrow on the other hand is extremely limited, you'd have to move to market areas and rush towards people with loads to help them carry. In most cases most would prefer to carry it themselves, and even the ones who would contract you, how much would you charge them? Wheelbarrow is mainly for short distances. So you're looking at maybe N500-1k.

When you add money for agbero and union, how much would be left with you? And it's not even like you'll be the only barrow pusher in the market, there'll be dozens of others as well fighting for a handful of customers.

It's not a profitable business for graduates.
RomanceRe: Why Do I Always Meet Girls Like This? by Nazgul:
CoronaVirusPro:
Change your circle. That’s the MAJOR reason you keep sliding into relationships with hungry girls.
Bro leave this change your cycle talk.

In Nigeria today it's almost impossible to maintain communication with a girl for at least one month without her requesting anything from you. Regardless of whether she a working class or a jobless girl. One need must come up provided you've decided to take her seriously.

I once chatted with a girl who works as an accountant with a multinational firm, she earns well, yet we can barely finish a conversation without her telling me to order food for her from glovo. I ended up letting her go.

So remove cycle from your mind. Most girls these days are just greedy.

Luckily my JSS grew back to 69% and it might likely move above 70% since I've gotten some new gigs, so I am grateful that worked out for me.
Great. Good luck ahead.

Hi
I’m a level 2 Seller on fiverr but haven’t had success on upwork because of the difficulty of buying the connect thing.
Now I have a virtual Payoneer card and intend to buy connect with it. Here’s my issue 👇
I learn that an upwork account can be suspended if one buys connect with our local debit cards. Does that extend to virtual Payoneer cards too?
Is it even possible to use the virtual Payoneer card to buy connects?
Thanks 🙏
To be honest with you I have no idea cos I've never bought connects before with any of those methods.

When I joined upwork last year, I was given 120 free connects, which I immediately used in submitting proposals. Fortunately, I got a job before exhausting the free connects.

December last year was when I bought connects for the first time on upwork. ($45 for 300 connects) and I didn't use any debit card. Since I was already working on upwork, I just use a part of the money I was paid to buy. And fortunately I got another job again that December.

Since then I've not bought connects. I just use the 10 free ones I get every month along with the remaining ones from the purchase I made December to apply for one time gigs.

olaolaking:
This is not true. There 3 classes of crude oil. They class them based on yield. The best one can get in a litter of crude oil is about 50% pms. While about 40% will go to byproducts. Close to 10% is lost to evaporation and others.

https://www.nairaland.com/7711649/how-many-liters-one-barrel.

Now go back and ask AI again because your AI is not saying the truth

I will open a thread so that you can teach nairalanders how to convert since you have a different ways of doing the conversion
Lol...you're a case. You went to Google, ignored all the correct measurements there and clicked on the link of Nairaland Google brought out as your defence. I've added the Nairaland link you copied from google without verifying if it's correct.

Secondly didn't you see in one of my replies where I acknowledged that there are different types of crude?

See I'm done arguing with you cos like I said earlier, you're just going around in circles.

As for your thread, I'm not jobless so I won't waste my productive time arguing with you there. I've got much better things to do with my time. Good night.

You lie so much. I may end up opening a thread with the images of your argument attached. At least others can help us with the conversion. Please be humble for once especially when necessary.

You can lie bro. 159 litters will produce 170 litters? You lie too much.

Who knows if you're one of those 20 year old boy
What conversion do you need when you've never seen a dollar bill in your entire life. I gave you a simple assignment to carry out at any bureau de change outlet closest to you and get real time results you're here talking about conversation. You must really be a talkative in real life.

Since we've resorted to using Google let me expose your ignorance here.

And for the records you're the one who's sounding like a 20 year old boy. You're ignorant of real life happenings around you but keep arguing blindly.

FoodRe: Price Of 50kg Bag Of Rice by Nazgul: 8:03pm On Jun 07, 2025
olaolaking:
Please explain how you get your own conversion. After that you must provide a verifiable tools that convert or support the way you converted.

You won't learn bro.
Have you ever changed dollar using a mallam who operates a bureau de change outlet? If no, I have nothing more to say on this matter. Cos sitting in your house and typing what you see on Google is totally different from people's experiences in real life.

olaolaking:
It doesn't make sense to be arguing blindly. Ask others, use Google to do the conversion instead of your poor arithmetic reasoning.
No you're the one arguing blindly. Cos you're using Google rather than real life experiences.

Just walk into any mallam with a single $100 and 5 pieces of $20. If you're given 161k for the single $100, you'll be given 140+k for the 5 pieces of $20 which is also $100. Google wouldn't tell you that, it's only when you've experienced it personally that you'll understand what I'm saying. So your logic about the official rate is totally flawed. Cos rates fluctuate and like I said, Google wouldn't tell you that.

olaolaking:
Official rate for dollar is still around 1600 naira. So what's is your point.
My point is that Dangote who is the center of this discussion cos of the high fuel prices buys dollar from CBN at a rate which is lower than the official rate. So your calculations about the value of 42 cents in Naira is also flawed as well. Cos you're using the black market rate to defend someone who buys lower than that.

olaolaking:
I think you also say 158 liters of crude oil will produce how many litters of refined oil.

I hope I am not wasting my time by engaging you?
I said a standard barrel of crude oil (159 liters) yields about 170 liters of refined products. I knew this from a marketer who used to supply fuel from a tank farm to one of the AP (now Forte oil) stations in Lagos years back.

If you have no experience about something, stop arguing blindly.
