denvers:
I registered on upwork and my account got approved within a day but my challenge has been getting clients but I believe with more well detailed and appropriate applications to clients, I'll break the jinx.
It's all about the numbers...
Getting clients on upwork can be a herculean task for new freelancers. This is why you'd have to upload as much projects as possible to your profile so that prospective clients can know that you have an idea of the contract you're applying for.

Someone is following FWB and having random knacks. You come recommend sensible working class babe for am. You want him to break her heart??
The girl can change him and make him a better person through consistent prayers and fasting. You never can tell.

If it worked for our parents, it should work for him.

Idon't think he'd want to be having sex 15 nights a month with Prostitutes. At least twice a week is Okay
Guys who are willing to patronize hookup girls and local hoes can't limit themselves to having sex twice a week. Konji can hit them at anytime.

They inflated the landing cost because Dangote Refinery halted selling of their products in Naira.
He didn't halt it. Marketers have confirmed that they're still buying in Naira.

The increament is nothing but greed on the part of the marketers.

He should stay single.

Lol...who said men do not benefit from marriage?

Don't let some few nairaland teens compromise your beliefs about marriage from men's perspective.

There are even a lot of single mothers with 1 to 3 kids that will jump at the offer of extra 50k per month to whatever they are doing be it selling food or clothes or whatever and still give you regular sex like 3 times a week.
Everybody go dey alright laslas
Do single guys actually pay single mothers with kids to sleep with them....🤔

Instead of the idiot to just patronize regular hookup girls and pay 15-20k per night grin
Hookup isn't even the solution cos if you're spending 20k on hookup per night for 15 nights in a month, that's going to be about 300k per month. What is his net income that he would be willing to cough out such amount on sex?

His solution is to get a working class girlfriend. Or better still stay single and build his life.
RomanceRe: Is Modern Dating Just Transactional Now? by Nazgul: 6:02am On Mar 27, 2025
Namaster:
Better be a skit.

Minimum wage is #70k. Yet a prostitute wants #200k/month just to show up 5 times per month.

She also expects to be wined, dined and generally PAMPERED.

All because of a DEAD-FISH, loose-lipped and UNFAIRLY used pussy.

MADNESS!
That is not even the problem.

The problem is that the guy going into this agreement with her is obviously not earning up to a million naira.

So rather than save that 200k and look for a reasonable working class girl to date, he'd rather throw it on a liability.

I'll call it low self esteem. That's what he's suffering from.

FamilyRe: If Rent Is ₦200K, How Do I Save Up To Feed My Family - Nigerian Police Officer by Nazgul: 9:23pm On Mar 25, 2025
APOPTOSIS:
You are paying ordinary 200k annually and you are weeping. Just imagine.
200k for 12 months.
You Guys have paradise in your hands.
That rent obviously isn't in a place like Lagos. Maybe in northern states. And it won't be more than one bedroom flat.

And even at that. His salary still wouldn't be enough, cos as a junior police office, his monthly pay isn't up to 200k, then he has kids whose school fees he has to pay, then feeding and other household responsibilities.

The problem with the policemen is that when the masses come out to protest against bad governance, they'll shoot live bullets at them. Whereras most of them are living in worse conditions than the people they're preventing from protesting.

Welp, I guess I was just super hyper and didn't read in between the lines of your replies last December. That probably explains why his price was half what he quoted to you. Once again body bin just dey shake me sotey I no fit comprehend and money full hand that period lol.

So to my understanding, there is no chance of getting an M365 technical support role on upwork?
The proposals have to be on other job roles meaning totally moving away from what I learnt?

Thanks
These are some of upworks MS365 roles. Unfortunately, none of them are opened to Nigerians for now.

The 3rd Pic was my advice to you last year. Of which you responded that you're learning it to invest in yourself.

The best you can do for now as an MS365 support engineer is to build your LinkedIn profile and search for roles in line with your skills. You'll definitely find companies looking for cloud engineers.

I promised to update you, I'm done with Exchange, teams and most of SharePoint. I paid and started January, but I had my final year exams. I finished my exams that January and I could finally learn but that was when my trainer got a new job, so as at now the guy no really send me. I've registered on upwork, bought connects, set up my profile and everything, but this is new territory for me I swear.
What did you fill as projects and employee history before you started applying for jobs?

Thanks again boss
Remember I told you earlier that upwork doesn't employ Nigerians for MS365 technical support roles anymore.

The job is managed by upwork themselves not a client on upwork. So until they start employing Nigerians, there's absolutely nothing you can do for now.

As for projects, if you have other skills which you can defend, you can include it on your profile as your strengths. You can even create a specialized profile that would highlight your specific skills.

Let's say you're into graphics design, you can include YouTube links on your profile to showcase your previous jobs to prospective clients.

And if I'm going to be honest with you, even with all that, the odds that clients would reach out to you is 50-50. Because your profile has no reviews. So you have to keep applying.

Truth is upwork is expensive and can be frustrating for newbies, cos at some point you might have to buy connects, upgrade your membership, boost your proposal...etc.

But if you're lucky enough to get a job, then another, and another, and have good reviews on your profile, that's when you'll start enjoying upwork. Cos clients would start inviting you to apply for their jobs.

What of people like Dollyjoy that finished service without getting ?

Fg will you still pay her the backlogs ?

Is it only schoolshoe that will get paid as he's still in active service ?

Iam curious !
Yes because Schoolshoe is a guy, he has countless babes to feed so he needs the money more. Dolly joy would end up being a beneficiary of someone's benevolence so she doesn't need it.

Eye witness report.

A soldier came to my shop begging me money for transport fare, first time I'm seeing a soldier begging I was moved tears and I felt pity for him. Remember he was dressed up in full military gears.

Most of Nigeria Nigeria soldiers are very hungryooo. Truth be told.
The NCOs earn less than 150k. And their salary is taxed. Although the HOR passed a bill this year that would exempt them from taxes, its still being reviewed. In developed countries salaries of military personnel aren't taxed.

When you add the ever rising inflation to the peanuts they receive, you'd discover that most can barely feed themselves let alone their families.

You'd have to be extremely corrupt before you can live healthy and comfortable if you happen to be a member of the Nigerian armed forces or any paramilitary outfit.

In all the Niger Delta militants (retired and still serving) tompolo is the most matured.

He doesn't talk anyhow or accuse anyone of anything. He just minds his one business. Maybe that's why Buhari gave him that contract.
