According to her, Olumide left for Lagos on what was supposed to be a one week trip but never returned till date.

She said two weeks into the trip, she informed Olumide that she was pregnant but he wasn't thrilled about the idea of being a father.

Unknown to her, she was in for more shock. In what she described as the “biggest scam in history,” she said it turned out that Olumide's ‘family members who came to the wedding
weren't real."

She alleged that they were either ‘hired, tricked to attend or play roles at the wedding.’

These Umunze roads stand better chance of upgrade in Orlu state than in Etiti.

Nd'Igbo cannot enlarge Igbo territory, because Igbo territory, be it in Delta state, or in Rivers state, remains Igbo territory.
They don't consider land mass or even population when they create states.

There have always been local government areas in Anambra South senatorial district who have sought to belong to this proposed state; they share common ancestry and culture with Orsu in Orlu senatorial district, much more than Owerri zone. Mind you, because Owerri zone does not share common ancestry and culture with Orlu is reason why Owerri cornered almost every government institution and establishment in Imo state and got them located all in Owerri zone.

Igbos need representation of Igbo in the SS zone. It's to the advantage of the Igbos in the SE to have a stake in the SS zone.
Engineer Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu from Owerri zone was not stupeed when he STRONGLY backed the proposal for creation of Njaba/Orlu state in 2006.
It's only minions who don't see the advantages for all in present Imo State.

As for true federalism and regional government system, who will give you that in contemporary Nigeria? I know you will refuse Owerri and Imo State return to Enugu as regional capital.

SE has been underrepresented in the NASS and at the FEC as well as losing trillions of Naira from federal allocations since 1996 when the last states were created and the 6th state for SE was taken to make the 7th state in the NW zone.
Myopia and clannish interest in some of you in 2006 contributed to non creation of this Njaba/Orlu state in 2006.

Orlu state proposal is still as it was proposed in 2006 and was about to be created before Senate President Nnamani threw away the baby with the bathtub.

FYI, onye mgbu, in 1976 when Imo state was cut out from the old East Central State, people of Anambra state never objected to cutting out Imo the oil producing area from them. Today, is Imo better than Anambra and Enugu States?

Because of fear in Oru-Owerri people that Orlu senatorial zone deserves a state of its own, and might be made a state before long is reason why your Oru-Owerri seized 99% of government institutions that induce human and economic development in Imo state and located all in Owerri zone during the military era.

The difference in levels of urban development between Owerri and Orlu in 1976 was thin. But because Owerri seized all government institutions and parastatals in Imo state for location in Owerri zone, and nothing for Orlu zone to develop with, modern development and urban expansion in Owerri zone quickly ballooned. Orlu stagnates in modern development.

Is Nnewi going to be part of this Orlu state because that will be a massive disaster for Anambra. If that bill passes 2nd reading, then Orlu state is sure deal because it will definitely scale through 3rd reading and with the support the bill has gotten from the representatives of Anambra, Imo and Abia, I really don't see what will stop the bill except representatives from other geopolitical zones vote against it.

Nnewi South LGA is part of Orlu state. People of Orsuumuoghu and some other communities in Nnewi South LGA are kit and kin to people of Orsu in Orlu senatorial district. No natural boundaries separate them. They speak the same Igbo dialect.
