Amaechi and Wike so fought themselves in the last 9 years that they now concede leadership of Rivers state, for the first time since 1999, to the non Igbo speaking areas of Rivers state.
Divided you fail. Both will not support the Igbo presidential candidate and in the process cause more division in the regions.
After the next presidential election, irrespective of who wins, Amaechi and Wike shall wither away from politics of Nigeria.

I got this at 7M inside irete village in Owerri for a brother 2 years ago. Heard they're selling at 10-12M today.

Land is very expensive in SE and it appreciates rapidly.
Bros, land cost in Owerri area is artificial, because since 2007 till today, Imo state has been having poorly educated and grudgy governors who do devt ONLY in Owerri state capital, because they think that state was created for urban development of ONLY state capital.

if apc is still in power by November Uzodimma will have s smooth return to power
A president from the SW in APC can't dig too deep to influence who becomes governor in the SE, than a president from the north in APC will do.
The three LGAs that make up Owerri capital territory contain less than 15% of voters in Imo state. They are not enough to win governor 2nd term.
On election day, people look at events, and what developments, were influenced or made, by the governor in their local government areas outside Owerri capital territory, before deciding which guber candidate to support.

Firstly, let me congratulate myself for purchasing a land in my ideal choice.
The purpose of this tread is to tell people that you can actually build ur own house with that ur little income u are getting daily. Just have determination.

I just bought land measuring approximately 1 full plot in Oyo Town..
I am a business young man.. It has always been my dream to build house in a descent estate not too far from my business location.
So luckily I got one virgin land just close to the major road.
The cost is 1.4 million naira, including lawyers and agent fees...
Moulding of blocks is presently ongoing and the fencing foundation will commence next week when the blocks will be dried enough.
Below are the image of the site and work on going..
Wow.
A plot of land, including lawyers and agent's fees for N1.4m in the old city, Oyo?
That's like what it goes for a plot of land in a remote village in the SE.

Congratulations.

Ezekwesili, you know that Tinubu and these politicians helped to plant Buhari in Aso Rock. Buhari finds it difficult to go after the politicians as well as after Tinubu's loot from FIRS and Ministry of Power, Housing and Works bossed by Tinubu boys.

We are coping down here.
It's a sacrifice to stop a man who stole Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) and Ministry of Power, Housing and Works, dry through his boys, Fowler and Fashola. The cash stockpiled to buy election must become useless. Kwankwaso just said.

He was called out by tweeps who faulted him for not watching the video accompanying the post first, but rushed to share it in a bid to de-market the LP candidate.

Bayo Onanuga is like every Nigerian who supports a Tinubu suffering dementia.

That's why at the beginning, it was said that the number of votes Tinubu will get in the presidential election shall indicate the number of mentally impaired persons in Nigeria.

None of the other foremost presidential candidates come a mile close to Obi's excellence.

Tinubu sponsored Oduduwa Republic agitators to blackmail Arewa to hand power over to him.
Yoruba Nation agitators waved Oduduwa Nation flags in support of Tinubu while he was speaking in London's Chatham House.

Good.

Some of us are questioning that tradition. It has no basis in law and should have been challenged a long time ago.

^^^
What does this even mean? Is the NURTW some compulsory cheerleaders club for any and all state governors? Does that make any sense? huh

^^^
Some of us are serious. The first thread on this Parks and Garages nonsense some days ago had a number of posters questioning the use of the NURTW (or any other transport union) for election logistics. Those questions still stand.

^^^
There are government MDAs (e.g. state and federal ministries of health and education) whose presence is felt (however imperfectly) in all the nooks and crannies of this country. How do they do it? If those MDAs can get to those remote places then INEC can too.

Nigeria's dubious politicians and the barely literate NURTW enforcers who do their bidding are not the fools here. The fools are all those people who struggled to get an education or spent years learning a trade and then sat back and watched while a transport union populated by grifters and louts gained outsized influence in this country.

One could understand if farmers unions, health sector workers, metal workers unions etc. gained considerable bargaining power in this country - after all they actually produce stuff or they preserve life. But what exactly does the NURTW do? What?
In a free and fair election, nothing can make Tinubu succed presiden tbBuhari.[/b]

That many people have no conscience is the reason why they can still vote the two persons who formed APC - Tinubu or Atiku.

APC took Nigeria to become a country harboring the largest number of poor and hungry people in the world, as well as one of the most terrorised countries in the world.
Sometimes, one feels it's a curse to be in Nigeria with some people.
