The only issue I have with this story is that, the lady was living with the man like a wife and the pastor didn't tell him how wrong it is?

That's where the major issue is.

For those who are being scientific about it. It's just self inflicted delusion.

The first criteria to hold on to before confessing love for any lady or guy is his or her love and respect for God.

Every other thing is vanity. Beauty? Don't even go there. Money? forget it.

The question is when you see a man or lady with the fear and love for God will you go for him or her?

If t ice prince and his lady is born again, this kind of story can not arise.

The travails of this world.

olafum1:
Yes. It has to stop

The earlier the better it is I call all our attention to an issue of national importance and regarding all of us as citizens of Nigeria.
It is no gain-say the 2015 general elections made history in the Nigeria Political system, whereby an opposition political party won the election and the candidate sworn in peacefully and successfully.
Meanwhile, a lot had ensued right after this, prominent is the division among the citizens, yes citizens, who bears the larger brunt of successive governments mismanagement and ineptitude; Some is now been regarded as the ‘Dullard’s Supporters’ while the others as the ‘Wailing Wailers’, all for the sake of voting or not voting for the present government.
However, the worst attitude of this all is some group who are wishing (praying) the present government fails just to drive home the point that they are right. And this is what irks me, hence this write up, to spur our attentions back to reasoning, sense, logic and rationality.
Suffice me to remind you that the country belongs to us all, and being a responsible citizen demands we contribute our quota in various ramification to ensure the Nation’s success. Winning and Losing elections is what happens everywhere and especially the democratic systems. In matured democracies the loser congratulates the winner and gets over it, wishing the winner a successful administration, and where there are infractions, redress are being sought in court. But uncalled for and immaturity of the highest level is for the supporters of the losers (mind you, not even the loser) in every ways possible, now wishing and praying for the government to fail, as if it is not the failure of antecedent governments that resulted in the present economic difficulties. Now if this government fails, won’t your children share part of it in the future?
Also, for the religious type like me, it amazes me when I hear religious men/leaders partaking in this folly, as if they have forgotten that a leaf does not drop from a tree without God’s knowledge. How would a nation like Nigeria have a leader who is not God’s ordained?
So I will appeal to us all, it is time we sheath our swords and bring back our hope and trust for National Development. The Nation needs our support, the leader needs it as well as our children. Thank You.
Please share as deemed appropriate.
N.B. I am not a supporter of any party, so I am not paid for this. I am just the unemployed me, wishing life can be better for my types and the common man on the streets and in the villages.
Source. Me.
It can't end when the winner is not magnanimous in victory.

Not when the winner and his people gloat every second

Not when the winner and his people want all traces of their opponents wiped out.

Not when the winner feels those who didn't vote for him deserve nothing or less in a country he is expected to unite after a highly contentious election.

Not when the winner calls on the defeated at every narrative and heating up the polity when healing is expected.

Not when the winner also wished the defeated failure at some point. Even in a war that was happening in his region.

Not when people like Sagay stay in the presidency and make divisive statements when convergence and healing is expected.

It's is the responsibility of the leader to ensure truce. Not really the other way round.

It's is left for the leader to ensure he doesn't fail. No amount of blame on his predecessor will change that.

You can't take glory in a field ploughed by your predecessor and blame your failure on him.

The reason the present leader and his gang have continued to gloat and blame his predecessor rather than unifying the country and moving forward is because the ruling party changed. It wouldn't have been so if it was the same party.

Secondly is incompetence.

More like it.

We all knew this whole thing came from the president.

Yet we here people call into radio stations here in Lagos just to blame saraki, who they hate for no good reason.

Yet the failed mission was from the presidency. This should help neutrals take side against any silly stunt by this government.
Politics › Re: Goodluck Jonathan: Silence Is No More Golden By Abiodun Ladepo by ndcide(m): 2:29pm On Jan 17, 2016
GEJ owes no APC sycophants any explanation whatsoever.

And no epistle written on Sahara reporters, and pined on nairaland home page indefinitely will make him speak against his wish.

GEJ is not the president at the moment and there should be a limit to how we can keep holding him to account for the present state of the nation.

If for every discomfort we refer to GEJ in this dispensation, then by all means the present government should pack up, With the chief executive resigning. It's that simple.

Are we saying that if buhari was a president who took over power after a war, we won't be able to reconcile various groups and set the country in motion?

GEJ found himself as a war time president nplanned.

In a situation were his government was being bombed from day one, with political and ethnic sabotage in top gear, of which buhari was very aware of, as he was part of it. GEJ only did what he could to hold the forth.

Or you think GEJ didn't know that a certain part of the country was against him.

This call on GEJ is not out of patriotism but based on self inflicted pain and despondency occasioned by a new government that is helplessly bereft of ideas and necessary acumen to move the country forward.

This guys should work or get out. What if GEJ died in office will you call him from the dead or move the country forward against all odds.

This stupidity has to stop now.

It has been long accepted and proven by evidence that GEJ spent over 1 week dwelling on the validity of the event of their kidnap before he even took any action as the CIC.

Under which rock were you when that fat pig called patience made a mockery of the already illegal office of the first lady and made all Nigeienan look like comedians.

That video still gets recommended to me by my YouTube page in the comedy section that is how absurd it is.

There are two options I have concluded on concerning chibook girls at this moment

1 PMB made a promise which now in hindsight he may not be able to keep, those girls are long gone,

2 PMB is making some negotiations, security sensitive actions and does not want to be gazumped by Nigerian opinion, political calculations, and stupid blogs and social media hype.
Do a study of the chibok issue with an open mind.
You'll know the truth.

Has buhari said anything about the bam girls?
Politics › Re: Buhari Dropped The Mic With A Bang And Walked Out On Chibok Parents – Yesufu by ndcide(m):
sweetgala:
Please don't cover up for GEJ here while I agree with you that either the girls are among the several women and children released usually by NA or they have been separated and their fate no one can tell.

The chibook matter was very much real and the failure of GEJ to accept that fact is why this girls may never be found, what made their situation very different is the location from which they were kidnapped, in school while furthering themselves as we all know the state of female education up north.

GEJ should receive all blame for his failure to react ASAP when the girls were kidnapped, he was grand incompetence in the flesh
GEJ did everything possible for peace in the north east. Bornu state was under state of emergency at that time with the Democratic government in place.

He gave the military funds to prosecute the war, he increased security votes to the affected state government, and opened windows for negotiations with bokoharam. Within 48 hours after the chibok report he ordered a comprehensive scan of the whole environment yet there was no trace of the girls hence the doubt. he even said, if this happened, it means the girls will be within the territory it such a way, that they may not easily be found together.

He even invited the international community to assist. And they did come and couldn't find the girls. In a SOE. the military don't need an express order from GEJ to intercept the girls and their captors.

Everyone not looking at it with the eyes of politics know that GEJ did what he could.

The whole thing was political hence it defied military solutions. The international community know this.

GEJ is no longer the president. If government is a continuum, then why deflect it to the past president.

That's incompetence.

Let's not forget the girls kidnapped at Bam.
www.thisdaylive.com/articles/boko-haram-kills-four-abducts-teenage-girls-in-borno/226751/

Have you ever held buhari to account on this one.

Say the truth.

Okay, you don't believe, they were kidnapped?

OH, there's no campaign anywhere for their freedom right?

Okay any campaign of sought will mean attack on buhari's administration.

Can we stop being bewitched and be free?

Everything about the insurgency was to remove GEJ from power. Dansuki gate or not.

I have no reason to doubt this report because it's really not different from oby ezekwesili's account. She was just being diplomatic.

Well, this should put an end and a final nail to the BBOG Campaign.

As BBOG was offensive to GEJ, it is also offensive to PMB. Unless he wants to pretend about it.

Madam Oby, it's time to review this thing and take stock.

For those who want to make case that it was too late... They are dead... The last president didn't do anything..... You know how they say it.

If this thing was not a well orchestrated drama or even election ritual, how come the military keep telling us of 3000, 500, 200, 1000,5000 rescued yet the chibok girls were not among.. To some extent people were unfair to GEJ. The international community know this fact. Except you are diabolical.

The crux of the matter is that Saraki and other senate leadership should burry their head in shame and resign Honourably.......if the House of Representatives leadership can secure their own copies of the Budget safely, it shows that the senate leadership is not competent enough to guide such a sensitive National document under their custody.

Come to think of it, if these senators can not guide a common Budget proposal document, how can we... .
Okay look at the above.

The National Assembly should guide the budget submitted by the executive.. Abi?

So that that same executive will not come and steal them and doctor the budget.. Abi?

In a supposed.. Change /anti corruption regime.

Really confused fellow. We've heard lots of them.

They'll always deflect everything questionable from buhari.

They hate saraki, so he's automatically the fall guy for every shiit.

The reply by the Senate spokes man was not convincing. Because the stunt to doctor the budget was authorized by buhari.

This is why Nigeria is not moving forward. we had a president that dragged the name of this country through the mud both locally and internationally with corruption for more than 5years and almost wrecked the economy, government officials looting the national treasury with impunity in a free for all atmosphere, absolute insecurity and the likes, simply because we had a weak president who couldn't take tough stance against corruption and corrupt officials. a president who openly said " stealing government money isn't corruption". with billions of dollars in public funds disappearing like magic on a daily basis. now we have the direct opposite of all that in President Buhari. a man on a mission to sanitize the cancerous system and Nigerians are complaining. even those who openly campaign for change are being manipulated into believing and taking sides with the fools whose only interest is their pockets and tribalism against National interest. Forgetting that the igbos will cause confusion snd when Nigeria falls apart politically and economically they will clamour aggressively for autonomy hoping to take the oil rich region along(which will never happen). Nigerians deserve what they get. But I thank God President Buhari is a man with a skin as tough as an elephants'.

SHAME ON YOU NIGERIANS.

Politics › Re: Nigeria Is Now A More Divided Country – Bishop Kukah by ndcide(m): 10:06pm On Jan 10, 2016
Fact is buhari's government have further divided this country.

Agreed the last election was though and divisive but as a leader he did NOTHING to unify the country.

Even if you are hated it is the burden of the leader to unify.

Look at what Sagay who is so close to buhari said. Can that heal any wound?

People can't say the truth again because of buhari. If you say anything that will suggest you are attacking buhari, they term you corrupt. Or they hide under fighting corruption.

Buhari is to blame
