hmmm, back, and it's sad to see that we're still on page (35) on this thread, as in i get it, there's no time, everi1's busy and all buh it's saddening all the same.

Nice art work, but it still looks, almost there,

I think that the quarrel here isn't about the design in itself. It looks good. Honestly.
But i thinks that the techniques used and he had JUST HAD TO USE that image (which i think has been used, abused and over-flogged in too many tutorials, hence the reference to it being an Abduzeedo tut.)

At any rate, It doesn't spark of originality and it looks so internet tutorial like.
So SmartSoft, great design, yes, but still lacking.

Oh and @sylvelity, seriously, you haven't seen enuff designs to crown Smartsoft as one of the best.

There is a branch of designing known as Typography which i happen to practice whenever i get the chance. It's a great form of design. Rilly lovely. That's not what you're doing. Since i've seen your pictures (bços they're definitely not designs or works of art), it's like you're trying to bore us constantly with how to spell your name. This is not dsign. I can't read it, i can't understand it, and all i see is your name (which by chance of cosmic coincidence, is the same one as your user name!) and badly used colors. Try and be innovative. If you've been doing this for years then you probably have been surrounded by bad friends or worse, outdated media.

So, at the risk of flaming you in this thread, i'll say i've got one word for you.
it has six letters in it.
In it's usage it's usually followed by three exclamation marks.
