Chibuking81: Many of us here including me paid millions of naira as a expensive school fees during the 2008 global economic meltdown, some paid with their life, may their soul rest in peace. Many sold their commercial houses and other properties to buy stocks during that period, what worsened the situation was the use of analog stockbrokers.
One has to fill hard copy sell mandate form to sell his/her share, only to return the next day without the mandate been executed, most of the stockbrokers will not even submit the mandate form, they mostly concentrated on their own, to sell theirs first because no body was interested in buying.
I remembered the way I used to visit Standard Union Security Limited stockbroker at Sani Abacha way Kano, when I was in Kano, then every morning as soon as they open for the day business, I will drove to their office to received a positive news of execution of my mandate, but the reverse will be the case, I thank God for the development of modern day real time online trading platform.
After 2008 economic meltdown a lot of stock participants started seeing stock as one dealing with snake. I remembered the motor of one my stockbroker, by name CSL stokebroker; "Never invest what you can't afford to lose" my question still remain, who invested to lose or want to lose?
My good sister in the lord (SITL) Yayira, 2018 NSE school fee was little to compared with that of 2008, also with the real time online trade platform, one don't need to wait for stockbrokers to submit your order, the moment you feel that something is going wrong, the needful will be the next line of action.
For now, to invest and monitor the market is sine qua non in the NSEM, listening to members advice, especially those that devoted their time to study the market and its environment is another sine qua non in NSEM, it is inconsequential to run away due to high school fees, but to use the knowledge gain to make a good success.
In a nutshell, I love your courage. l lost so much in that analog and shooting in the dark era. Now l take charge of my portfolio, with information and this great forum, trading and investment has been made easy. |

Godlylifeoneart: I tried to ignore the cutix analysis by OGG. definitely, a bargain hunter will see dz as an opportunity. Using all the past and current Instruments of stock analysis, there is no way a company that is doing well will defy market forces and discounted its price by 50% in the face of most devastating bear in the history of NSE. This cannot be equity floating The most probable deceptive strategy by cutix is to offload n dump the ordinary shares on unsuspecting minority investors. This share might not witness the N2 mark in the next 5 years Also, the daily, monthly and yearly volume of cutix trading has not been encouraging. The market forces will still subject this share to the ongoing bear, meaning the stock has been broken beyond resistance and support at 1.85 in the name of script writing... I disagree The politics here is that, the stock mightl witness 0,85 to 1.25 by February 2019. Going the way of Capital oil and gas The way of daar The journey of sky Just my view.. The company therefore if not that this company is a coy that l know their beginning, in the 90's,l would have sold the day saw ur comment. Is located inside my villa, not only that, the family pride it as an achievement which it is,l bet is not a banza coy,l know m saying,HV u gone to their factory?of u HV gone there u find it hard to at I'll of them, the stake holder nko? The only problem l had with them is that they didn't allow me do my it in d first batch before l got another good place U nearly made me sold, but l know this people too well IT IS a Great coy ""WIRE NNEWI"... |
