The All Progressives Congress has won the presidential and National Assembly elections in the Kabala 005 polling unit of Vice President Mohammed Namadi Sambo in Kaduna

The APC scored 386 votes to beat the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) that scored 53 votes in the presidential election. APC got 385 and 369 votes in the Senate and House of Assembly elections respectively while the PDP got 59 and 62 respectively.

The results were announced by the presiding officer Abdulfatah Ali.

The same situation obtains in Akwa Ibom. GEJ and PDP seem poised to avoid embarassing losses in their strongholds and will stop at nothing in rigging the elections or completely thwarting the election process.

Buhari has already announced that any attempt at cancelling the results of the elections, nationwide, because of these planned irregularities in the President's strongholds will not be accepted.

We will not accept the invitation of the Army to take control of the government either.

I wont also be surprised if somebody else approach the court asking for Injunction that INEC is compelled not to release the Presidential results unless Buhari's eligibility is first established!

I have to agree with you that the justice system failed and has been failing us for years.

I am willing to give anyone a chance to rule this country besides GEJ, and just maybe, we'll make a substantial dent into the endemic corruption within most of our institutions. We, as a nation, deserve much better than the rougues on both sides of the aisle who are currently jostling for power.

Buhari is the only one I actually have faith in and I believe he can help move us forward.

1. Use to courts to disqualify Buhari from contesting.

2. Capture "Shekau" and "Shekau" confesses to being sponsored by the APC.

Predicted results from the APC: This will create an international outcry, and investigation as to the authenticity to this story. If this happens, there is a possibilty another "Shekau" similar to the one that was caught will emerge and embarras the presidency, calling its bluff. It will be the worst mistake for the presidency to press for in a propaganda.

3. Free the 219 kidnapped Chibok girls:

Predicted results from the APC: This would lead to an international outcry for the removal of GEJ, because it will be clear to the whole world that the lives of innocent girls were put in the line for gain political mileage. It would lead the Nigerian people to have more sympathy for the general and more hatred for GEJ for using the lives the Chibok girls to gain some political advantage.

4. Try to induce Bola Ahmed Tinubu with cash to defect to PDP.

Predicted results from APC: They tried it with Atiku it did not work. It is only foolish to approach Jagaban for that nonesense.

Answer: Not a simple answer! I am not a lawyer but I do remember that there is a principle in law that allows for LARGER CONSIDERATIONS/REASON/SENSE to be considered in cases like this. When you weigh the potentiality of ABSOLUTE CHAOS because someone said his docs were with the Army (when the army verified that already and later 'changed their mind') etc, you'll see that the reasons to disqualify him are SO TRIVIAL, it would be insane to risk the magnitude of chaos.

Does that mean GMB is above the law? NO!! Because the judge taking that decision would be LEGALLY JUSTIFIED! Law is very complicated o. It's not just black and white.
