Please what is the process for dethroning the Oba of Lagos? I remember that one Oba, the Deji of Akure was dethroned last year or so.

Time to send Godogodos to Ekiti to restore law & order and enable lawmakers to do their jobs. GEJ sir, you are still in charge, send the tanks and soldiers you used to thwart subsidy demonstrations to Ekiti now, so that lawmakers can work.

Tinubu may be ultimately sidelined. He most definitely cannot be the face of this administration in any way - good thing our image makers from the USA instructed that he should stay away.

Tinubu should enjoy his behind-the-scene new found power. Unfortunately for him, his appearance anywhere has a way of not disinfecting the air or surrounding aura.

If this video is not a doctored one then I have to say that these Obas continue to cheapen the throne; they've all lost their integrity to the almighty dallar.

It appears as if the seccessionists among us, the unpatriotic, and awon olote, are bent at starting a war in this great country.

Having been disappointed that we survived March 28 unscathed, survived false prophecies of breakdown of law and order, survived Orubebe's tantrums designed to ignite the SS, these goats are now attempting to sow the seed of discord between Igbo people and Yoruba people in Lagos.

I have news for you, you people have failed already. This great country will remain in peace, our stock market profits will continue to rise cheesy and Insha Allah, we shall be great once again.

To all the nay sayers, I say, ngbo piafuki gi isi individually. embarassed

I agree. What nonsense. No Omoluabi would speak like that, not to talk of Kabiyesi Ikeji Orisa.

The link to the online "news" story isn't even working. Sunnewsonline is to legitimate news what Vanilla Ice is to real rappers (Rakim, Tupac).
I've just read the statement issued by the Oba on this rumour and as I expected, what was reported is simply false.

What was reported is really an insult to the Oba of Lagos and a disgrace to the reporters and newspapers which published the news.
Politics › Re: My Life, Family, Business In Danger In Lagos – Ubah by nduchucks: 12:56pm On Apr 06, 2015
Lagos state is an ongoing case study of the political and democratic future of Nigeria.

I love the idea that Igbos can exercise their rights to vote and significantly affect election results in Lagos, but I'd love it more, when Ndi'igbo becomes as politically mature as Lagosians and accord the same voting and contesting opportunities to Hausas, Yorubas, and others who resdie in Igboland.

Igbo people should expect push back from others if they are not ready to practice democracy in Igboland.

dude, you cant have it both ways. coporating with the oba at this stage would be synonymous to giving in to his threat.
Go back and read my post carefully and if you still do not comprehend what you read, I'm sorry I will not be able to help you. Cheers.

so you re advocating for igbos to vote against their conscience and give in to the threats of a daranged psychopath........
IS THIS THE CHANGE THAT I VOTED FOR!?
Please do not put dumb words into my post. I said they should cooperate with the Oba and never said anyone should vote against his/her conscience.

Apparently these leaders have been meeting with the Oba over a multitude of issues in the past, the admonition is for such cooperation to continue with reasonableness.

There is no need to, on the one hand, go to the Oba to protect one's interest, and on the other hand, publicly tell your people to go against the Oba's wishes. There are tactical ways to do things without selling your conscience.

Igbo leader should be wise and not bite the finger which.............

Hmmm, I stand corrected then.

These monarchs were not elected and they do not practice democracy. While the Oba erred, the Igbo leaders are well advised to cooperate with him.

Politics › Re: Impeachment: Police Beef Up Security In Ekiti by nduchucks: 2:57am On Apr 06, 2015
May we continue to enjoy the dividends of democracy.

Impeachment is a very democratic tool available to lawmakers and if the lawmakers who represent the people of Ekiti state determine after a fair hearing that Fayose should be impeached, then so be it.

I don't believe this story for obvious reasons. Additionally, Diezani has enough to implicate GEJ, Abdulsalami, and a whole lot of other "VIPs" if she is cornered.

I do not believe that she will be brought down as some folks are wishing.

Politics › Re: Buhari: We Feared Jonathan will Not Accept Defeat - Vanguard by nduchucks: 12:39pm On Apr 05, 2015
The peace accord put together by Abdulsalami and others, which was publicly signed by GEJ and Buhari is the primary reason why GEJ conceded so quickly. GEJ did not concede out of the goodness of his heart, far from it.

When Faka was calling for the stoning of Buhari supporters and making other irresponsible and provocative statements on the campaign trail, she was called out. Faka's attitude and irresponsible behavior coupled by those of FFK, Okupe, and Orubebe, were enough to cause Buhari to suspect that GEJ had no intentions of accepting defeat.

You people can continue to wallow in denial as you deem fit.

The good news is that she will not get pregnant if you indeed sleep with her 6 days after her period. 6 days are simply not enough for the egg{s) to have travelled to the location wher it can be fertilized.

The bad news is that you are a bloody shameless goat who took advantage of an innocent girl. If you were living in other countries you'd be jailed for statutory rape. Shameless man.

Isn't it funny how all those against Okorocha are either from Anambra or Mbaise? Mbaise is understandable as their son is Okorocha's opponent but that of Anambra is borne out of fear that the Igbo president is likely from Ogboko. The North, Southwest and Imo is enough to make him President in 2023.
This is a most reasonable post.

How come all the goats in the truck died and not a single goat survive the accident huh Something smells fishy here.

The truck driver must be investigated to ensure that he did not offload 80% of the goats before he orchestrated this accident. As for the people who were taking the goats away for Easter, you did the right thing. I mean, what else should happen to dead goats? Do you want to bury them?

I wouldn't be quick to call Sabella an enemy of Nigeria.

For what it is worth, he is from the Niger Delta area and one of the eminent persons whom MEND described as the Aaron Team which included former Chief of General Staff, Vice Admiral Okhai Mike Akhigbe (rtd), Prof. Wole Soyinka, and Maj.-Gen. Luke Kakadu Aprezi, nominated to dialogue on the behalf of MEND's, with the Federal Government, back in 2009.

Family › Re: Husband Wants Divorce From Wife Because Of Sexual Starvation by nduchucks: 3:51pm On Apr 04, 2015
The wife may be suffering from a rare sexual dysfunction wherein, a woman is aroused and enjoys sex to its fullest extent, only when force and light violent is used. The less chronic form of the disease is seen with folks who derive sexual pleasure from being handcuffed and/or whipped before and during sex.

The therapy option should be explored before the divorce solution, if that option is available to them.

In the meantime the husband can continue with slaps, shoving, and light punches as needed. lipsrsealed sebi 4 kids were generated from such activities in the past.
