Mr Fashola performed excellently at the senate chamber but if there is an area he failed it is on the 78 million naira website I don't understand if he wanted to tell the senate that he was not responsible for what happened under his leadership. I think he was simply beating around. |
Those who refer to this man as "Igbo member of Lagos state house of assembly" are propagating their tribalism and hate just as usual. The person is "a member of Lagos state house of assembly", a lagosian, and his allegations should be treated on it's merit or demerit without sentiments. |
This story may not be true but can someone tell us why suddenly madam Madueke is no longer in the news for stealing all the money made from oil sales since 1999. Have she returned the truck loads of pounds and dollars to Aso rock? |
The Igbos did not vote against Buhari because Jonathan was perfect or because Buhari will not 'fight corruption' rather they said he hates them so much as a people, hate their dominant religion(Christianity) and will marginalise them. Buhari have in one hundred day proved them right. Today they have been vindicated I see. |
emperorceaser:Read before you comment |
The same way Akinwumi, a saint in the last administration performed well while everyone else in that administration was corrupt. OBJ is now believed to be good while GEJ is the most corrupt being on earth. The media is under the control of Yoruba and APC who uses them to propagate falsehood on which Nigeria is seating and this will not last. |
And people still call it 'civil war' all in an attempt to keep the biggest lie of the last century "the Nigerian nation" told by the British. |
my concern is the president's plan not to treat Nigerians equally except were people have the protection of the constitution as he proposed in US. I wish we realise in time that Nigeria can only move forward if there is equity and justice. Nigerians must rise against the 5%/97% proposal rather than some regions jubilating in anticipation of benefiting more than another region as can be seen recently. Today, the SE & SS are crying and if nothing is done tomorrow will be the turn of another zone. Positive change is a delicacy that can't go with discrimination. |
the quality of work is poor. this maybe another Dubai road like those done by orjiuzor those days. anyway half bread is better than none |
Many people buid in their village based on past experiences while others do same to secure a retirement home, some others do buid as a way of linking to their root. It is not to showcase wealth in most cases. While some people are here celebrating their failure to own a home in their home town it is obvious that most of those that own village mansions also own houses in the cities |
I think Igbokwe can do better. While Amechi have crippled the parliament & judiciary I thought APC (the good party) should have justified it before seeking ways to plunged the state into another trouble. Which of the above mentioned is a condition by law to scrap River state government? because that is what Igbokwe is suggesting. |
Is justice Umezuluike supposed to sing this kind of praise on a fellow who has become a politician while him Umezuluike is a seating state chief judge? I think this is a good one from a wrong person. |
just few weeks ago it was Patient and Tinubu they said we should pray for, later it became Jonathan now it is Obasanjo and oyedepo. I guess these are all their personal opinions people are mistaken for prophecies |
The issue of Buhari's certificate is not suppose political but legal issue. I have not heard of people who refer the panel to their previous institution or employer when asked for their certificate in an interview. Contestants should be qualified before seeking votes |
I don't expect 100% schools in Lagos to be attended to by the present government however it should be noted that Fashola's performance is over amplified. The Logos state government is performing well in sanitation & traffic control but has failed in maintaining the massive capital projects put in place by the past FG. the few ones been put in place by Fashola are concessioned yet his govt have continued to borrow. I wonder where our taxes are going into. |
