Any production Engineer applicant that received the email?

I have not yet received the Google form email, only got the initial email sent to everyone on the 22nd. Those that filled the Google form, was there any segment for class of degree, because I graduated with 2.2, I hope it will not affect.

Have you ever travelled a long distance for a job opportunity, only to be turned away at the door due to a misunderstanding? That's exactly what happened to me recently with Dragnet Solutions Nigeria, who were conducting a Computer Based Test (CBT) on behalf of ExxonMobil Nigeria.

Here's the story: I applied for the Process Engineer position advertised on the official ExxonMobil Nigeria career page. The requirements clearly stated a Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with over 5 years of experience – no mention of a specific classification. Feeling confident in my qualifications (including a Master's degree!), I submitted my application.

Thrilled to get shortlisted, I received an invitation from Dragnet Solutions Nigeria for the CBT in Abuja. Despite the distance and related expenses, I was eager for the opportunity. But upon arrival, my excitement turned to disappointment.
Apparently, according to Dragnet, my application was disqualified because I didn't have a Second Class Upper degree classification. This came as a shock, as the advertised requirements for Process Engineer never mentioned this!
The only position requiring a Second Class Upper, to my knowledge, was the Graduate Engineer role. To make matters worse, I had already provided details of my highest qualification (Master's degree) with the CGPA on the ExxonMobil application page.

The Takeaway:
This experience left me frustrated and out of pocket. It raises questions about clear communication of eligibility requirements. While mistakes happen, companies conducting recruitment processes like Dragnet Solutions Nigeria have a responsibility to ensure accurate information reaches candidates.

I could not write the exams after traveling all the way from Kogi to Abuja. According to dragnet I made a 2.2 so I was ineligible. In my defense, there was no stated requirement for a 2.1 for the Process Engineer role. The only requirement I saw during my application was a 5 years experience and being a Chemical Engineering graduate. Even when I filled the ExxonMobil online application, I was asked to put my highest qualification and CGPA. I filled up MSc and the equivalent CGPA. I was then sent an invite for CBT test all for one foolish fellow in dragnet to turn me back after so much travel expenses and the road risk. I going to sue dragnet for the emotional stress.

Read Matthew 25 vs 31 - 25 where Christians are told that only the sheep amongst them will enter into Heaven.

An unbeliever cannot asking of forgiveness for his sin without firstly receiving Christ as his Lord and personal saviour. If hiltler had received Christ at his death bed he would have made heaven. Hitler heart was darkly hardened, so the chances of such happening is absolutely zero.

Blood covenant is a very serious one but there is a solution to getting out of it. Please do not continue with that guy. Even if you get married to him both of you will still suffer. The blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth invalidates every form of convenant including the blood covenant with your manipulative ex boy friend. I will advice you to go to Mfm headquarters for deliverance. If God be God and the blood of Jesus Christ is still potent you will be surely delivered. I saw a nairaland post dated year 2010, where someone participating in Bagco management trainee program said he was being paid 44k monthly. That is roughly 9 years ago, alot might have changed by now

I have been hearing alot of people on nairaland claiming to have received phone interviews on there NTax applications, but have not confirmed if any of this is true.

I think the people that hv been shortlisted so far are the NTax but other categories are yet to be shortlisted.

It should be based on your performance on the test, they don't care about your class. It's not a private sector which is solely driven by exceptionalism of class of degree.

You guys should calm down, if you have written their test wait for further instruction after all tests have been concluded. The way people panic over nothing is mind blowing. Even if they don't choose you, nothing will happen.

God will punish those useless lectures, I'm running a Masters program that I suppose to be completing this year and this stupid strike wants to change the all dynamics my program. Painful thing is that I pay school fees for every session that I encounter

Who knows when this company will recruit again, I will love to apply
