Politics › Re: ‘Let It Go’, Magnus Abe Begs Supporters Over Reconciliation With Wike by NeckingNgulping(m): 4:41am On May 17, 2024 |
highness25: That's Tinubu's instruction. People don't know why Abe didn't get ministerial position. Everything you see today have been projected by Tinubu. Abe is his son, he told him to first, withdraw his case with Sim from the court then asked him to hold on while Wike takes over his place as minister. Abe will contest under APC in 2027. That's settled. Exactly bro. We will watch and see how it unfolds. |

Family › Re: As A Woman, can You Sell Your Values To Satisfy Your Husband's Needs? by NeckingNgulping(m): 8:12pm On May 16, 2024 |
MrBrownJay1: i think a man asking his wife to do such move is highly irresponsible... - so you want your wife to sell her valuable to do something that may (or not) succeed and/or solve the problem? - starting a business is a gamble that may (or not) succeed, unless you can guarantee that it will work (with proof), nobody should sell their valuable for you.
what a responsible man should do instead, is to sit down with his wife, and A) tell her the problem and explain to her how it had to get to this point before you could speak to her and B) show her that the only way "you" think you guys can get over this is to sell her valuable and C) ask her to put her input as to whether she has a better idea as to how to get through this financial issue (as its obvious you are useless at successfully running a business).
its highly irresponsible for a man to leave his wife out the nonsense you did with your money/belongings, but then when you lost it all, you now expect your wife to sell all her belongings to now start some other yeye venture that may also end in failure. sometimes a good woman has to tell you to stop all this nonsense useless business ventures and to instead focus on getting a DAMN 9 to 5 JOB. I can't believe I wasted my time reading this nonsense. Half way through i noticed it's a total rubbish but i still went all the way to read it to the end. Contradicting yourself the whole time. |
Politics › Re: This Is Why Discos Are Reluctant To Install Prepaid Meters. by NeckingNgulping(m): 7:56pm On May 16, 2024 |
I'm of strong opinion that if they can meter most households, and generate stable electricity, Discos will make a whole lot of money as people will always recharge and pay their bills when they're sure it will get them the services they're paying for.
When you see that your neighbour has paid and has light, you would want to pay as quickly as possible to get yours. That's just the way it is.
The parts of my state with steady light use meters and a far cry from the parts that don't use it and are on estimated billing. |

maasoap: They wouldn't resign because of Wike if pecuniary gains and personal interests was there motive for taking up the posts. The way some of reasons doesn't even make sense They knew they aren't getting along with the current governor who's at loggerheads with their boss Wike, hence the resignations and the intent of using their offices to steal gone down the drain. Politics › Re: Senate Approves $500m Loan For Metering Nigerians by NeckingNgulping(m): 4:19pm On May 15, 2024 |
LegendHero: The main thing is for it to get to the final consumer for the intended benefit.
If it will indeed translate to metering Nigeria to a realizable percentage, it’s a good deal.
But if they’ll embezzle it and we start hearing another story, then it’s like moving round in circles. The government at this stage can’t afford to do any failed interventions. You know they'll surely embezzle it. Don't expect any difference from those shameless recycled politicians in the senate presided over by criminal Akpabio. |

Money that will end in pockets of politicians. It can never meet the purpose for which it is meant.
Do we still have to keep taking loans that will plunge the nation further down its debt abyss?
Divide this country now. |

alizma: One thing I have understand about life is, never allow someone else to decide who you are. So waiting for the worker to do the job and make you a wise man or fail to make you stupid is a clear violation of that which I said I have known about life. I get it. What you have known about life is a fact. |

Career › Re: Why You Should Never Pay Your Workers In Advance (pics) by NeckingNgulping(m): 7:58pm On May 14, 2024 |
alizma: The reverse is actually the case, it is stupidity to pay in full upfront when the work is yet to be done, except where the term of agreement said so and you have no alternative. When the worker stupidly fails to fulfill his own part of the deal/ agreement, only then will the job owner look stupid. I understand your perspective, though. |
