It’s already being built and strengthened by him. He’s even giving free education and monthly stipends to university students which in turn relieves parents from the burden of school fees which has never happened before in Nigeria.
Should we talk about Oil subsidy and other reforms? No one can do it better than Tinubu.

Politics › Re: Ferocious Battle Footage From Sambisa Forest War Front by nedekid: 7:38pm On Jan 24
Na wah, it is sad to watch.
What I see are a group of disorganized troops shooting blindly. A drone overhead even a dji drone would have given them more tactical awareness thereby providing advantage. Aircover would have given them decisive victory, imagine a MI 35 or even a tukano striking with machine guns and rockets.
Did you guys noticed that after the sucide bomber strike all the troops abandoned their positions and equipments, the comamding officer was pleading with them to hold their positions. I am sure those troops were eventually over run.
Now the question is how come a rag tag group can overrun or be on the offensive against a whole national army? It is as if those terrorist have the initiative.
During the time of euben balow and his gang of mercenaries, he explained of how they trained a bunch of Nigerian troops to be an offensive force going after boko haram morning afternoon and night, boko haram could not rest, always on the run, they attack them, then airlift troops to the escape position and the ambush them slautering them, then hand over reclaimed ground to regular Nigerian troops to hold. Another important point they made was that nigeria pilots were not rated to fly combat missions at night, so they had to bring in experienced pilots to lead night time strikes. In 3 months they recovered land as large as Belgium.
See, when government has the proper political will to solve this problem, they know what to do, Jonathan knew what to do and he almost solved the problem before buhari, apc came and canceled the mercenary contracts
Travel › Re: My Mum Died On Ethiopian Airlines Flight From Abuja To US - Adiele Jacqueline by nedekid: 4:50pm On Jan 24
OkanlawonB:
Anybody can die at anytime anywhere, what does the airline got to do with this?
Ahh, you don't know Nigerians, in our eyes someone cannot die without another person being responsible for the death. Someone lodges in hotel and dies, the family will allege foul play, they will call for the owner, the manager, gateman, even the achitects of the hotel to be arrested. Man and woman will go and play, cardiac arrest will happen, families will claim foul play, even if autopsy is done, they will disagree, that someone wants to hide something. Look at the davido paternity case, they have done DNA several times and the child is not the singers own, people are still claiming foul play, even if you do DNA in US embassy, they will say money was used to influence the result.
Now this mama flew in the plane and sadly died, the daughter is alleging magomago, what could the airline have done to cause her death for christ sake!! Maybe if her daughter had bought her a first class ticket with more leg room and movement space deep vain thrombosis might have been avoided. Also what if the airline had observed her and decided they will not let the elderly woman fly without a doctor's clearance, wount this same lady be shouting at the airport at the airline staff?
May almighty grant mama eternal rest and grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
Guys when in a long flight, always get up and walk around every hour to help circulation.

Family › Re: Married But I'm Not Connected With My Husband, Hence I'm Depressed by nedekid: 12:54am On Jan 24
Girlwhocares:
Please help me, I'm loosing my sanity everyday!
I'm scared to open up to friends and families because of what they will think or how disappointed or bad I will make them feel, also I'm afraid people will be judgemental about my actions.

I'm not physically and emotional connected with my husband which is affecting our marriage and my well-being, we live as co-tenant, we hardly have any conversation, we do things differently, we share different rooms, no sex for the past 3 years! Even during courtship and the fist two years of marriage I can account for days we were intimate.

Things are fallen out of place everyday, we have a child together who will be 4yrs and the thought of having another child has not crossed my mind.

I get irritated at everything, I hardly show appreciation towards him even if it means he has done his best, which later i will find myself guilty and try to make up but the spark and connection isn't just there.

Most times, I have a non-challant attitude towards him and everything he does to make me happy.

I feel lonely, bored and incomplete even when I'm 90% sure my husband loves me and always ready to make me happy.

I feel awkward communicating my feelings and thoughts to him because I know I might flare up with anger even when he hasn't done or said anything to warrant it.

Please I have come to this faceless forum to pour out my mind, my heart is heavy, I need someone to talk to, I'm afraid my personal intention of walking out this marriage even when my husband hasn't done anything to deserve this might backfire and has its negative effect on our child.

I honestly don't need anyone to insult me please as I'm going through a lot. All i need is mature married wo(men) opinions

Thank you for your time.
Your eye is still on the ex bf. Kukuma divorce your husband and go marry your ex. The grass always seem to be greener on the other side Abi. Supprisenly it is that ex that did not count you worthy to be his wife that you appreciate, he is the one who will treat you like trash your eye is in. Aunty you do not deserve the current husband you have.
Now let me tell you something, your husband is not stupid, he will play along with you, tolerate your treating him as trash with a smile, but know it is building up in him. If he is lucky and fortune smiles on him, then you will know how far. The distance, mistrust and othets that have built up in his mind will show. When you should now enjoy you will not. He will keep things from you, hide his finances, his assets etc he will be hesitant to fund you because he has long realised in silence you despise him. At that time nothing can change his impression of you. What keeps both of you together are the kids.
If I were that you hubby, I will just move on with life, live with you as a house mate raising kids, yeah so many men currently are in that situation. They are adviced to focus on their sucess and to take care of themselves because such women like you are only staying in the marriage to get the man to raise and train their kids, when those kids are grown, independent and abroad you see then go to say in UK, US etc with kids leaving the old poor husband lonely in old age making indomie or buying ewa agoin to eat.
Sometime back I was talking to my hausa lawyer and he said same thing another close friend said earlier, that in the next 2 years he is going to take another younger wife or companion to start an new family, to have kids that will keep him company as the kids would all have left home and their mother will most likely leave with them. That is what most men above 50 are discussing. An older paddy did his 60th last year, he had 3 young kids following him around saying daddy daddy.. Howhuh?? .. I asked him watin you de do with this kids, omo he said he had then with 2 young women and say na them de keep him company, kids of like 5-7 year old ohh. His main kids are in late 30s, all abroad with their mothers.
So madam, continue to despise and be irritated by your husband, as you said no matter what he does to please you, it does not move you, I assure you he knows and he is keeping records in his mind, when the time comes he will pay you back in the same coin.
Lol, you wonder why some women will cry that when their husband exploded financially, they then abandoned them for new women or treated them like trash, truth of the matter is that they will never tell you of how they treated their husband in the early days that scared him.

Politics › Re: Obi Cubana Appointed Southeast Coordinator Of City Boy Movement by nedekid: 11:11am On Jan 23
Obi Cubana at his level has no option than to dance to the music as played. So with all he has at stake you want him to reject whatever apc or seyi ask him to do? Abi you want them to unleash efcc and all sorts after him, to go after his business too using all sorts of agencies.
Omo, the wise thing for him to do is play along, eat, enjoy the proceeds as the alternative is destruction
Even my late papa here in our adugbo apc Oga came to register him and him blow heavy Yoruba with them and happily registered, he was a card carrying member of the party lol. Infact during local government elections the local government chairman hid his family in our premises for 3 days as he feared for their safety, lol.
Point is you cannot fight government in power, you be wise and play along especially when you have much to loose. An example is malami and his current travails.
