Omo, we had to assign someone to monitor her movement as she just went to the roundabout (infested with the usual Lagos area boys) to go and start sharing her stuff. She would have been robbed or lost a limb that day. We had to give her a guide and car to take her to churches, orphanages etc.

Few months ago we found out our security in 2 locations were living large, only to discover our diesel for generators was being stolen, in short our security were oil barons. How we nabed them was that the estate security stopped a mini van leaving the early hours of the morning, this van (according to them) regularly drives in early and leaves within minutes, this time they insisted on searching it, guess what? Seven 30liters kegs filled with diesel, apparently we just bought 500l for the gens on one location the day before, they immediately stole 210 liters! Same thing in the second location. Every week we were buying diesel 2-3 times weekly, after we caught and sacked them we now buy 1-2 twice monthly!
What of our drivers, we fill up the company vehicles, within 2-3 days they have exhausted their petrol, we started getting calls from people seeing our company vehicles in odd corners siphoning fuel and been sold, once we clamped down on the drivers now we buy fuel every 7 days!.
Naija is hot now, people income is not enough to satisfy them, you leave a loop hole, people will take advantage of it.

Oga, the road has covers a known distance, a feasibility study along with costing has been done, a project amount has been agreed with the contractors as the cost of building the road, of course cost of contingency is included, why the is it had to give an average cost per kilometer? Any toddler can give you the average cost by looking at the total cost of the road and then divide it by the length! Average cost covers all the bridges, sand filling, diesel, staff salaries, cement, gravel etc.
Common sense says if the contract to build the road was given to hitech at eg 39tillion and it is a 700km road, the average cost per kilometer is therefore N55,714,285,714 (fifty five billion, seven hundred and fourteen million two hundred and eighty five thousands seven hundred and fourteen naira only).
Omo, from the cost per kilometer you see why the minister is been smart by half, he does not have the guts to mention that money per kilometer because Nigerian will call him and his gang Ole, even if not Ole, how can this administration justify spending such amount of tax payers money on such project at this difficult times economically speaking.
