A whole presidency last week budgeted 10b to install solar power for Aso rock. If aso rock has difficulties running gen and needs solar who will blame a gov hospital for not having diesel in gen?
Any sensible, responsible government would have spent that 10b providing solar for 20 general hospitals @500m each.
