I am not a lawyer yet but with my knowledge of contracts, that contract would have been rendered null and void in court if contested,with Paul (the late guy) relying on the defence of immaturity/infancy and fraudulent intention.

I honestly believe that your admission is already guaranteed if that's what you applied for. That course is not competitive and has limited applicants so if that's your JAMB score, then you would DEFINITELY get a slot.

Moreover, you are even part of catchment so what are we talking about here?
