See, forget about the general mentality of "it is by who you know". No, it is always by the grace of God.

Someone I'm close with got admission to school with zero connection, got NYSC PPA in one of the top three construction firms with zero connection, got a job thereafter in a multinational with zero connection (talking six figures here). It's grace.

No matter what you hear out there, people get into NNPC with zero connection. I would have given names but for the sake of privacy. You can as well check 2010 and 2012 recruitment thread here on NL. See success stories.

I just read the 2012 abi 2014 thread and it dragged from about 80 pages to 195 pages...while waiting for nnpc to call for interview.

..the people discussing exam questions, the people shooting them down, the ones dropping emails for questions, the ones with uncle at nnpc giving information, the ones fasting and praying..lol...nairaland is just wonderful, and history is repeating itself here.

I hope this particular exercise will take a different trajectory..but what do I know?

I dont usually like battery on internet, so I'll respond to this. Sir, you have absolutely no idea why I asked for those figures or if anyone here can score 100%. Some other useful person deemed it fit to respond, and went an extra mile to fetch somewhat verified figures. Everyone knows where it's itches them... Some others have asked questions on arithmetic that seemed insignificant and you don't see me coming at them like that.
