Good evening. Please some clarity and advise.
Is it advisable to proactively do my medicals before submitting my 491 visa or wait when I am told to do so?
Or can we be asked to do medicals and biometrics at the same time by the CO?
I am just trying to manage funds because I stay in PH with my family.

Hello House, good evening.
Thanks guys you all are doing a good job on this platform. I got a notification from Northern Territory via email for nomination for skilled work regional (provisional) SC491 visa yesterday as a potential candidate for a nomination. I have been told review my response on the EOI and reply their mail soonest. However, I need advise on the best approach to address my major concern.
I am an expectant Father by August and my unborn child will not be covered by the visa (base on my EOI) if I continue with my application. What kind of visa will I apply for the child considering the fact he/she wasn't part of my application.

If you have a positive assessment and want to go 491 route, target NSW, they are inviting offshore applicants now. A friend submitted EOI on the 24th March 2023 and got invitation to apply 491 NSW today 29th March. I know of another person that submitted last month and go it today as well. Their scores are 70 and 75

Please just to confirm, do you need to specifically select NSW and 491 only in your skillselect?

Just so you know, some awardees have 2011/2012 admission letters.

Do you want to benefit alone...you are not the best person to tell us who benefits from the award..Remember we all went for interviews and presented this same admission letters to the panels..So please be considerate..Why was PhD 2016/2017 added and MSc 2016/2017 neglected. When conditions fall in our favor we become so selfish.
Why anchor on documentation delayed for just 3 weeks? Why not include the process that took over a 1yr and 6 months...

Please why on earth is our system this way. After 2 years of prayers, dedication, struggle to see the end of this scholarship,then you are told your year of admission does not apply. Why were we not informed about if in the first place.
Thank God for PhD students but MSc No way....

But why "Her mum relocating to stay with you guys"? Her mum is destroying your home. It's inappropriate for her mum to tell her daughter to leave her husband home with the kids for such unserious issue. There is no point bringing in the police at this point. My advise is, kindly visit their close relative and a family member or home and inform them of the latest development. Try and locate where they are and please, go and relax. Your wife and her mum will soon quarrel soon. You will see them shortly. Note, send money for feeding always.

This looks like a clear case of rape or attempt to rape. She should be checked clearly for bruises and autopsy should be conducted. It is very possible she denied the culprit and one thing leading to the other, the culprit killed her and framed up these whole scenario. They hand writing should be confirmed also.
That's my view.
