paying ur tuition is cool, but d CIC 10k, due to d recent headway of CIC it bera ur sponsor transfer d funds to ur account, because u are using a third-party sponsor so to be on a safe side.

Bro in dat case, why not sought for college for ur program, dere are lots of colleges dat will gladly accept ur grades, PGD will be okk, ( include an SOP to ur application make d VO see reasons and plans ), ur job is in line, Romance Google dere lots of PGD program's for Accounting or BA.... check selkirk college or northern light college.

Tourist Visa ( applicant in Ukraine ) means you are dere as a tourist for a total of 90 days out of 180 days and cannot study, work, do any form of business under the terms of that Visa. All you can do is look at the sights during your stay.

No, u can't change it to a study visa why stil in Canada, but if ur program is less den 6months u are allowed to study y on a visit/tourist visa.

Hello guys. I need advices please. I got a refusal letter yesterday from my study permit application, reasons being, the vo isn't convinced that I have sufficient funds and purpose of visit. I need advice on how I can tackle both of these reasons.
I have no previous degree whatsoever but my waec was in 2012 and I have been working ever since.
My tuition is 15kcad but none of it was paid because the uofw said they don't require any deposit. I also applied for UG pharmacy.
I plan to reapply and I have decided to pay my tuition in full.
My sponsor is my employer and the company's statement of account was submitted for my previous application. In the sponsorship letter he promised to cover my tuition and living expenses. Please I need advice on a possibly more convincing sponsorship letter. Also, can I include a affidavit for the sponsorship letter?

Sorry abt d delay, you company as a third-party sponsor is suppose to transfer d funds to ur account, since d school does not accept fees until u arrival ( d VO is really not convince dat ur company Will sponsor ur studys) did ur company attach a gud sponsorship letter, with gud reason y dey choose to sponsor u for a 5years undergraduate program.

Wats d nature of ur job is it related , and how long 've u been working dere, did u include employment & leave letter 2 it, with SOP to articulate ur plans. order ur GCMS file to see if dere is oda tort of d VO dat wasn't tip on d delay slip.

Hello gurus in the house, I have a bit of an issue that I'd like to clarify. I am applying for a visit visa, but the help i need cuts across. So, I have three landed properties that I want to declare in my application for home ties. One of the property is a completed 5 bedroom bungalow with a 2 bedroom boys quarters under construction at the back of it. The second property is a three bedroom bungalow at roofing level. The third is an undeveloped land. The issue is, I have R of O for all the properties, but how will the vo know that 2 of the properties are worth more than just a land? Do I need to take pictures of the sites (someone said pictures are no longer allowed) or the information on the structures erected on the lands are not necessary? Please those who have submitted landed documents, how did you do it?

My big bosses pls i need your help. I had a skype interview with a PI at University of Alberta for PhD. The funding offer is 21k CAD (stipend+tuition) per year. We haven't concluded yet. Got another offer of $22k (stipend only, tuition covered seperately) at Colorado State Uni. Which do I go for? Alberta is of course higher ranked but I can't afford grad studies without funding. Please help.

Bro I will advice, u go with d Colorado state Uni first, becos within a month u can apply for ur I-20 application and get ur visa with no too much grammar, but dats not to say u should disregard Alberta stil keep in touch with it. Notin 2 lose bro.

You most make sure ur previous program or current working experience is in line with ur current intend program in Canada.
NB: if work being in-line with ur current program, u ve to 've a gud years of workin experience and write an SOP along side articulating ur reasons of picking d job and reasons y u choose to enhance ur skills on it and ur choice of Degree has a little role to play too.

Yes u can submit ur application without submitting ur pp, Tell dem u will b giving a form to fill at d vfs, but go with ur pp because dey will ve to verify ur pp numb on ur application with d one in ur pp. success

Yes dere are specified clinics 4 CIC med, u must see a doctor on d list of panel physicians, ur own doctor cannot perform d medical exam,
d panel physician will do a complete medical exam, chest x-rays and laboratory tests. Once ur exam is done, d physician will send d result 2 cic.

It is not compulsory, but necessary under two factor 1. if u were offered condition LOA stating dat u 've to pay part or wen u are using a third-party sponsor. so deposit of tuition can add a point to ur Trv under dis two factor ( commitment), like an applicant who is having a direct sponsor( parents ).

meanwhile applicants here should not see anyone effortlessly assisting as a TOOL but as God sent to you. Many good attitudes from applicants here in the past who are now in Canada made me took up their applications and paid attention as if it were mine, while some who portrayed unfriendly/fishy gesture I discarded dealing with them along the line. I have made meaningful contacts here which I am happily in contact with and establishing communications. If by tomorrow I decide to visit Canada, I would be glad I have persons that would gladly give me warm reception from the airport.

To some ladies who may think I have it all, you can equally pay huge sums to agents but that persistent disturbance you are giving to that guru you have as your contact, please do reciprocate this kind gesture and tolerate such inconveniences to whoever that may need help from you, now/in the future. He/she should try and write dem again and pls b detailed in d write up with ur name, pp number, application number etc...Processing times can vary, depending on how many applications IRCC receives during dat period and some time applications are delayed if it’s not complete ( Documents submitted ).

Why choose to drop at Ontario first are u taking a transit flight dat has a stopover at Ontario, if, no issue, but if u are going to Ontario jst to chil b4 going to Nova Scotia and it not suppose 2 b ur route, u will ve to speak much grammar at d point of entry, so my advice if not a transit flight dat has a stopover dere, don't risk it.

Just a quick one, I had applied for TRV since 2nd March prior to when I saw this thread though, paper route, did upfront medical, but received a mail on 15th of march for further medical test, the whole process took till 4th April before my panel physician could submit the report to CiC. Since then I've not heard anything, and my supervisor would have me resume on 1st May, 2017. I'd like to know if its possible for one to receive approval mail without receiving mail for medical passed.

Yes 100% possible, u don't get med pass mail on paper route unless u link it to online application dats wen u can see it on d table.

The officer will ask to see this letter, your passport and may request to see your supporting documents, such as the letter of acceptance from your educational institution
