I passed medicals .Till today I have not heard from the embassy .my international passport have been with de embassy at ghana since den and my application is now 7 months. .I have sent soo many emails to de embassy at ghana for more Dan 3 months now and there have not reply any of dem..I am in need of my international passport and I don't know how I can collect it from the embassy at ghana..I have sent emails requesting for withdrawal of my passport so I can go to Ghana and collect it and der still don't reply me..please house I need help desperately. .what can I do to collect my passport? ? What can I do?? Please anyone should tell me anything or anyway I can get my passport. .please help me.

It was last year. I see things have changed this year. Sometime last year there was a period when a lot of people with PGD applications were denied. Some people still got approved regardless.

Hello Sir, Are you're a VO or an Agent? Why're you so conclusive that she doesn't stand a chance In as much as your German option might not be a bad idea don't discourage people. I know someone in Canada here who has B.Sc and M.Sc from the U.K and is studying an Graduate Diploma Program in Project Management Program. Please can you explain why the VO granted her a Visa?

From my above highlighted, technically i don't think you stand any chance. All I see is ''purpose of visit refusal''. I may sound blunt but it is the gospel truth I make onto you.

I would want to seize this opportunity to encourage some of you guys here especially those who must have applied with pgd/c and got refused once/twice as the case may be. The broken heart you get when refused as a result that your second class lower degree result couldn't get you masters admission in Canada and you just want to spend millions for PGD. I would want to advice such fellows to narrow their search to Europe,especially GERMANY and embrace the free tuition education in their education even in masters. As long as your CPGA is from 3.0 or better in our grading system and schools have your programs completely(100%) taught in English,you stand a big chance. Why not embrace this opportunity than continuously giving yourself emotional pains. Don't tell me language barrier b/c your international program is never taught in German and it is also easier to learn the language if you know you don't want to continue staying in naija.

I made similar post last year. 6 guys who were silent readers on this canada thread after being refused are in Germany studying their masters program, tuition free, working and earning Euros, I got to join them in their international group c*** this morning as one sent me PM yesterday. One on their behalf, who left last month told me michV that your brought hope to my life. I may want to tell you that the very same guy had 3rd class and he is now in one of the top 15 schools in Germany studying masters right now. This morning he called me again and said michV send me your account number,to be contd .. Germany is the giant amidst the European nations and ranked no.3 in their educational system globally. Those going for pdg/pgc on here and getting refused for visa should embrace this opportunity.

1, I applied to Seneca and conestoga college for business pgd, and I studied banking and finance in school, will that fly or not
2, I haven't finished nysc and I applied against January admission, is my nysc discharge certificate a prerequisite for applying for my visa, cos I intend to apply at the end of next month, I'm serving with an audit firm and they are ready to give any document to support my application

since you have said so, order you GCMS NOTE, something might be wrong somewhere with your application (this one don pass TRV DOCTOR) or things weren't clearer to the VO to see. These VO's fit dey take shayoo before dem leave house come work to begin review hundreds of applications.

I couldn't get admission into any school that offered Masters cos I finished with a 2:2. Thought Post Baccalaureate Diploma was also equivalent to a PgD. Pls what can I do. Are there schools that would admit me for a Masters degree with a 2:2

On second thought you are right that they are not equivalent... I googled it and it appears that just one school in Canada offers this exact course and the same school also has a graduate diploma which they consider to be higher than the post bacc. Thanks for the correction!

Having said that, switching to a PGD won't automatically solve his problems (though I agree with you that the program level is also likely an issue), though switching to masters would help. But in either case, @chinograd needs to write a strong SOP explicitly justifying his desired educational trajectory.

From my unscientific observation of this thread over the past ~two years, PGD visa applicants in business administration or international business management or human resources management seem to get denied a lot. To me the reason is almost obvious, it is difficult to make a case to the VO that you need to go to Canada to study these courses at the PGD level. It is not impossible to get a TRV for these courses, but the application has to be extremely well put together. So yes I'd suggest he go for a masters or an MBA if he really wants to gain unique knowledge, given his three years of experience.

@chigrad, I want to echo this question below. Changing to PGD or Masters (a post-baccalaureate diploma is same as a PGD anyways) won't necessarily solve your problem. You need to convince the VO why exactly you went from BSc in chemistry to working as a Biz Dev Analyst to wanting to do a Post Bacc Diploma in Business Administration. Your SOP has to be clear and convincing.

I applied for Post baccalaureate Diploma in Business Administration which is a two year program.i made payment for 1st semester. Used my spouse and landed documents as home ties.

I don't know why the vo thinks 3 years as a business development analyst isn't enough to show progression to your intended program. Pls gurus in the house can share more light on this

Manitoba accepts fees from international students prior to arrival ''if Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requires students to forward funds to cover their first year of tuition and school fees (and possibly living expenses) prior to registration''. The amount will be deposited in the student account and a receipt will be ''processed and e-mailed to your e-mail account referenced in your Aurora Student account. If an original receipt is required it can be mailed to you upon request''.
