Yea u can apply to U.S. but you 've to be plain and clear in ur process, even dere is a place in d us online form were den will ask u if u 've been banned b4 or declear inadmissible if u tip yes dey will ask u to explain so u will clear ur case dere, ur write will play a major role in ur visa approval issue, because dey might not bother to ask u at d facial point of interview. try to put in an honest tight documents success bro

I was denied because of misrepresentation. They said I did not disclose that USA refused me 2ce and they also said I am a member of an inadmissible class of persons described in Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. As a result you are inadmissible to Canada.
Pls what does this mean?
Can I reapply cos I want to be sure before writing to the school to request for another admission letter.

Will it be safe for one to tender a document showing the money he intends to use to sponsor himself is invested with a bank, or must the money be in his account?
What I mean is if I invest my sponsorship money in a fixed deposit or teasury bill with a bank and it would not mature before the application for my TRV, will the document showing that I have such funds invested somewhere and it will mature before I leave for school, be admissible by the VO as proof of fund or must the said money be in my account?
I decided to ask the house because am on the verge of doing this.

D cash most be in ur current or savings account as a proof of available funds, fix deposit are not regards as an available liquid cash by d VO.

yea you can touch d reasons on ur LOE, a very sound explaination and even print and attach d GCMS file to ur application, and for the sponsor acknowledging d previous one no need for dat, provided dis has same relationship with u jst as d previous. success

bro there are so many ways u ve to show commitments on a 3rd party sponsorship, 1st in convincin the vo that he is truly interested enough to sponsor you( he has to detail a well composed sponsorship letters gvin clearly d reasons he choose to sponsor u, d potentials he see's in you dat want to mk him to send u to cana to further u study) after doing dat he has to attach all his supporting documents like marriage cert, employment letter/itself employed documents of d business, I'd cards an all personal asset, den his dependants if he has four and his financial aid is not strong enough I will advice u put one or 2 to liten ur way, if he can pay part of ur school fees or transfer funds to ur personal acct and back it up wit a letter nice for u too. success bro
