a safe middle ground will be that the better financial manager should hold on to all monies in the home.
To stretch it a little further,to which i can hear some guys growling already, in a bid to earn your wife's trust 100%, put her in charge of ALL FAMILY INCOME, including your own salary, leaving her to disburse as she deems necessary while you take an occassional look in.
If you do, trust me, even that landed property she has been keeping away from you, she will kneel down and hand in the C of O.

looking at the above verses and trying to square it with Christian suffering, one comes to 5 possible conclusions

1) the Bible is wrong, Jesus never said these things

2) the Bible is right, Jesus said these things but Jesus was wrong

3) the Bible is right, Jesus said these things but Jesus lied

4) no suffering Christian that prayed for alleviation of his/her suffering had any faith

5) the Bible is just a collection of myths & fables & Yahweh, Satan, Jesus, Holy Spirit doesn't exist

Am a Christian & d first thing dat attracted me to my wife was her physical appearance (some of which was enhanced eg some make up, nice hairdo, her swag in trousers etc), way before I began to explore d real her via friendship. I don't endorse d kind of make up dat turns our women into masquerades but telling our women to completely keep off make up, when we are all in agreement dat guys are moved by wot they see, is an open invitation to all sorts of sins- highest of which is hypocrisy. Then ministers took forever to b appointed. Look through d roll call of ministers & point out who is delivering. Is it d sports minister (his flaws are well known-after d spended gaffe, English teachers made sure to correct such murder on d language by teaching d correct version all through dat week), agriculture-who wants to import grass, labour-who asks companies not to retrench staff, yet is unable to get them tax waivers & official rate forex access in return, talk more of making jobs available himself, works,power...remember him? D naija version of trinity, sorry, superman - just want to ask a simple question- how is light in ur area?, health- he does not see anything wrong with his principal seeking medical attention outside his domain, cares nothing about d incessant strikes by medical personnel, finance- full of grammer, bereft of pragmatic solution!, solid minerals- yet can't get his principal to grant autonomy to d states dat hav minerals, provided federal get their due share! I can go on & on
