Other countries are making progress but here in Nigeria, reverse is the case. Our energies are channelled towards deportation of fellow citizens, corruption, e-tribal war or ethnic bashing, drugs, kidnapping, underage marriage, strikes, terrorism, vandalism etc. Na only God fit helep us. 3 Likes |

I am not surprised at all and who knows, the Police around that vicinity might be aware that the men of the underworld were operating. The only thing they know is to collect bribe, blow siren and sleep on duty. Little wonder why soldiers deal with them at the slightest provocation. |

The deportation saga leading to the faceoff between Yorubas and Igbos seem to have no ending as this has lead to increase ethnic bashing and hatred. It is high time FG swings into action to nip the crisis in the bud. The earlier the better. |

It is a show of shame but at the same time, the Police deserves whatever they get from soldiers. I am not trying to take side or saying what the soldiers did was right but at the same time, the Police force has failed the masses countless times with the way they handle matters of public concern. The soldiers should be called to order and if the masses cant deal with the police, who else will? |

I am not surprised about this development. A couple of years ago, AIT board were literally begging Nigerians to help contribute money to safe the communication outfit. It was even rumoured that Keke and D1 mismanaged funds, the reason they left - I cant really confirm the story.
