HND can only get you a bachelor's degree admission which would take you like 3-4years to complete.

Their's a summary of the whole process on the first page of this thread(although a few things have changed like the process of booking appointment date). Reading previous parts would also help understand the process better
Best of luck

Thanks, i just need a shortcourse, please what's the meaning of category A & B booking I'm always seeing, please enlighten me.

My brethren in the lord,

I went to two agencies for IELTS training, I was told to bring 60k & 70k respectively. I was like what the heck?! registration is 75k and you're requesting for such amount for training? OMG!!

Please, is the price worth it or should i make Google & Youtube my friend? those who smashed it what was your secret, please any tips will be appreciated.

Good evening all.
I am now here and I also want to partake in Canada Express Entry.

Please, I need guide on how to start i.e. What and what to be done, websites to visit for registration etc.

Thanks and God bless.

Firstly, you need to calculate your score on CRS to know if you'll be eligible, then verify your result with WES, after that you seat for ielts exam.

Before you can think of any registration. (i stand to be corrected though)

Pof
My mom came through for me. It was difficult as it was at that week my brother got his visa for masters and she had to get him ready to travel. But she came through anyway. 100% pof from my mom. I prepared the deed of gift and sworn affidavit as a lawyer grin[sub][/sub] Also attached the transfer receipt, bank 6 months statement ( highlighting the transfer, salary payment at my current work), I attached a bank letter, my birth certificate showing my mom's name there as my mother and also a loe explaining anything that looked unclear.

Really happy for your testimonies, but you guys should give us an estimate on how much is on your account, must it be above the required amount or little or anything that can help others like us prepare our DOC/POF when is time, because we all know finance is very much pivotal part of this whole process.. Please.

You're not the one sending it o. It must originate from your university and be stamped.
I will also advise you to send it by courier not NIPOST.
I'm not sure but I think you need to send both to claim 2 or more degrees (others can address this)

I will use dhl or ems speedpost then, but i have not really gotten the clear picture ah swear, i will send my photocopies to the WES address and the school will send transcript of my result to them on the WES request or do i still inform the school to send the transcript. How is this process done please house? , someone should break it down to layman's understanding please.

At the beginning i find it hard understanding the process from reading first page, here is url that will help anyone get started.

From what i have learnt so far, you need your results verified and have your ielts exams ready, before any thing else. (I stand to be corrected)

Good you're both young enough. You can take the lead, be the main applicant since you have higher qualifications, evaluate your result(s) and take IELTS. Get married after you submit your application when you get ITA. Then inform IRCC and update your POF.

That way, she'd only need to do medicals and police certificate. Go and start your young married life in Canada, it will be better for both of you.

Thanks sis, you sound so optimistic.
I will be giving my testimony in few months time by his special GRACE, everyone here too will join me i believe.

I'll say there's no easy answer to this.

If you go as a single, you'll need to prove that you can sponsor a family member, you'll need a good job first (which can either be immediately or take 6 months+), then waiting period for spousal sponsorship application is another.

Going single is a cheaper option, both in application, POF, ticket and living in Canada, however, it may take time for your wife to join you.

Going as a married person can be advantageous, if your wife also knows how to "hustle". Once both of you are here, you're as good as settled if both can "hustle" and live modestly, also if you have birth control in place, else it'll be a lot of stress for you, if your wife gets pregnant and she's not working.

There are government support options but that's another topic entirely.

Cheers.

Thanks alot.. Let me work on getting my wes verification & ielts ready. This uphill battle is discouraging but knowing that people that gets to Canada don't have 5 heads, is the motivating aspect. I need to be in system of government that works.

God bless everyone who have contributed, your breakthrough is near.

It actually depends on your circumstance. Without your fiancee, what's your score? If it's high enough for you to get ITA, hold on, after submission of your application. Then get married and inform IRCC. You will need POF for two.

If your score isn't high, you can get married and your wife adds her points from educational qualifications and IELTS score.

If she's younger with same qualifications as you or higher, she'd be the primary applicant. She can either apply first and add you after marriage or you both apply together. Hope you understand.

I'm in my late 20s and she's early 20s, she only got ND with few years work experience.

I feel like going to hustle first before bringing anyone along, don't know which is better, going single or married based on information provided.

Thanks for reciprocating.

I will suggest you place your marriage plans on hold until you conclude your express entry process and get it or you put express entry application on hold until you get married. This is just my suggestion. Its not like trying to combine the two cant work but why give yourself more complications?

Thanks for the suggestion but try to understand me, my question is, if is better to apply as a single or married?

Please brothers and sister in the house help,

I want to seat for IELTS maybe February ending for this, my question is, I'm planning to marry soon by God's grace, should I include marriage when filling a form, or is best to go single then make plans for my family to come in later years, again, can i start evaluating my results as soon as possible(even without filling any form on CA immigration web), I have ND/HND already finished serving early last year & hope my WAEC is not needed for this process? - I worked with Google Ireland for close to 4 years as a blogger, I quit when I switched to crypto trading, I don't know if any of this counts.

Hope is IELTS official website: https://ielts.britishcouncil.org/CandidateDetails.aspx

Nysc can serve as work experience if it's in the acceptable NOC, if your business is registered and/or you have some other forms of documentation, you can check if your duties match any of the acceptable NOC, just read more about NOC and you will get the drift

Since you have HND, I assume you already have ND which is two or more certificate, you can choose between 8777 and 8.5 8 7.5 7.5 LRSW

All these will help you to know what to choose filing the CRS form

Thanks a lot this helped... But bro every stuff is really confusing is because I'm new or? please can i chat you on whatsapp?
