One of the risks associated with with our kind of business is high employee turnover, to mitigate this risk employees are placed on a merger BASIC salary while they earn by commission, this will make them relaxed and patient when the business suffers teething problems, first three-four months.

Coolkizzy, how is it bro? Youwin4 app will soon be opened. I want to star from where I left. I want to know where I got it wrong in the second stage of Youwin3.
I am directing this to you because we are in the same industry : beauty and personal care.
My question: are you employees on commission i.e pay per performance or they are all on fixed salary. In my case, only the receptionist is on fixed salary.
While this might not be the reason I was chosen as an alternative in the second stage, I am trying to know where I got it wrong. Though, I figured out I made a slight mistake on the spreadsheet but I've learnt my lesson, in competition like this, no chances are left for any mistake.
I would be looking forward to hearing from you and every other member with similar experience.
