I see... I quite understand what you are saying and it is very interesting... But I don't see the ideology.. I can't feel the passion... someone saying I want to be an employer of labour can be someone who just owns a small business centre and has like two employees (computer operators) working for him..

Most of all great men live humble lives... Aliko Dangote, Bill Gates, Amancio Ortega, Warren Buffett well I can't add Richard Branson to this list the man owns an island... hahahaha... and I believe these men had different dreams but today... they are all put in one category.. because they had the ideology... nothing glamours in the way Bill Gates or Aliko Dangote dresses or even Warren Buffet who is still living in a house which is meant for the middle class.. or even Amancio Ortega who is barely seen in public and does not care for glamour..

Many men had choosen the high life and had been cut short of the gift of life. I just want a simple life and I know I will be cool with. Mind you, I have a great taste but am still cool with the simple life.

Then before I turn 35, (My marriage year) by God's Grace..
With 30 to 40m I can start a nylon paper bag factory that will employ 50 to 60 workers...

The African perspective is always about making enough to manage, then having a family, and that is all.. that is why there is so much corruption. because this is the pattern of thinking..

For example, if you are planning to build a great business, provide employment for youths which thereby provides you lots of money, be the source of influence and inspiration to hundreds of thousands of people and then build a family that will live and enjoy from your name and continue the cycle...

Now this is how Americans think and live... it is not self centered, that is why you will see a man give up 20 years of his life on a research to help people cure a certain disease..

Okay, although I believe if you had younger ones there had been times when you feel like killing them or making them feel pain because of the things they do or the mistakes they make... or their stubborness or misbehaviour..

The same women (who are always controlled by emotions and not their brain) can bring out their frustration even on the person closest to their heart... Frustration which may be to financial problems, or the fact that she has not achieved what she planned to achieve for her age... Remember a woman that goes for HND will definitely have big plans for herself.... If you have watched this movie "The Confessions of a Guidance Counsellor" you will understand better..

Remember that teenagers rebel and even say they hate their parents as they grow, but when they have grown they come back to say "Thank you mum/dad for not giving up on me...

Hello Mr. Newbeginning again...

Our dreams and desires are sometimes pushed aside and we may then say that life is not how we thought it was... Those who wanted to be engineers may study business admin and later work in a Merrybet Shop for #25,000 a month... or maybe less.... then when he has worked there for over 5 years now in his late twenties he decides to go into business...

After hitting rock bottom a times too many... he finally decides to concentrate on one thing and manage first...

He will still be managing and then the issue of marriage will come up and instead of finding a woman that will be uplift and bring ideas to make him succeed, he will get a woman that is ready to manage with him...

What I am saying is... What do you hope to achieve before you are 40? Do you see yourself achieving them? Are you still saying by God's grace to your how your think your future will be?

Trained her from HND 2 till nysc, though she used to assist me in my ond days wen things were tough for me, because of a little argument,she asked me wat have i ever done for her,this was sum1 her mom said she wont go for HND,told her to go get married,she cried and cried no be small,na so we stay together,buy text books and everything,even bought clothes for her,feeding and everything was on me for more than 4 years because after service we were still together, d day she made that statement, my head spin,she apologised sha,but i lost interest in her till i had to call everything off,we still talk till date but,it has made me to mind the way i help people.

You broke up with a woman.... who you have done so much with.... Just because she was stressed and during the argument she let out the frustration that she is not yet achieving as much as she plans to achieve in life on you...

Hello it Mr. Newbeginning again....

This is not just any write up. If you are going to read this, take a paper and a pen and get ready to practice it to the book. Remember If you are reading this.... Sit down and build yourself, because you deserve to be better than you are right now..

According to a nairalander (Amarabae) making the right decisions is done through SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats to that decision.. My God some ladies are just intelligent... I totally agree with this but making the right decisions can be simplified this way.... It is done through SKF (Sharp Mind, Knowledge, and Foresight)...

Sharp Mind...

You need to calm yourself, slow down and think before making a decision... Do not make a decision in ten minutes (but after you have practiced this guide you can make a good decision even in 5 minutes). You already understand the importance of this decision so you can't afford to fail or to be completely knocked over if you fail... (you need to be ready for failure too)

To achieve all of these you need a sharp mind, a mind that is free of stress, distractions, fatigue etc... to attain this you need meditation and some breathing techniques which help slow down your heart rate thereby slowing you down which makes you think clearer and better...

A sharp mind focuses on all aspects and thinks thrice about any decision even though it is made in haste or with clarity.

Knowledge:

Knowledge is so important, in making a decision, Knowledge is all about the SWOT of the decision ... For example you plan to buy eggs right now. you need knowledge to know that the dollar is rising and falling and then foresight to predict where it will be in 1 - 4 weeks. Before making decisions with a sharp mind you need to gain knowledge about the facts affecting that decision and what the decision itself means for you. Are you about to buy eggs? it means that you are taking a sum of money to buy eggs and why? what for?..

Knowledge helps you look around a decision and into a decision, making it transparent, reducing the possibility of failure..

Have you ever remembered a decision you made in the past and now you say

"If I had known I could have done it this way"

That is knowledge that you lacked in the past and right now you need more of it to make any decision... get it from the internet, books, newspapers, libraries, magazines, friends, family church and from even yourself before making a decision.

When making multiple decisions you need knowledge to be able to place them on a OOI or SOP (Order of Importance or Scale of Preference) with foresight on how your decisions will benefit you.. you will be able to make the right decision, or a decision that will provide an alternative in case your first decision fails..

Foresight

The reasons why every decision comes to an end is because of foresight. Foresight means what the decision will lead to, either positive or profitable, negative or loss. with knowledge foresight becomes clearer.

I believe that those who invested in MMM if they had knowledge of the previous methods in which MMM operated and had been able to put it together with foresight.. they would have been able to foresee the probable future of the scheme and a decision would have been made which could have saved their money.

Remember SKF .... Sharp Mind, Knowledge, Foresight..
