What is life without you seeing people looking at you to inspire them, So this week isn't going to be like last week.

You are going to be more than just an island, or more than just a friend to that friend, you are going to be something more.

6. You are going to achieve all you plan to achieve

Ever felt like you have worked too hard and decide to push it to the next day, well that is not what you are going to do this week..

Things you can do today are better done today than tomorrow to avoid any unexpected distractions


We can't control time/events, so we have to do well with what is in our control, so whatever that is, you can actually finish it today, if you say you want to ..

That is how much power you have, you have a brain to control your body, so if you are feeling tired and say no I can do this today, your brain sends signals to your body and they become alert, but if you succumb then gbam your body just went from tired to completely weak.

So stop giving on and stop pushing it further do it now, because you can.

7. You are going to get more Inspiration/Motivation

Remember I said that you are going to motivate people for this week, well you are also going to motivate yourself to go for your dreams

Because if you don't go for your dreams, people will employ you to work for them to achieve theirs, so if you are getting a little low on the motivation gauge, there is something you can do about that,

Stop thinking about the negativity around, and start focusing on the positive things in you, head for your dreams, using your skills and abilities rather than sitting in an office working for a company which is after its dreams.

8. You are going to get more out of this week / life

Seriously, you can do all that above if you have not planned to get more out of this week, if you have not planned to do so much more.

So you say to yourself that you are going to get more out of this week, more than you have ever done, and simply that's it.

We first need the faith before we can do the work.

1. You are not going to do everything all over again

Like seriously, this almost always happens to me, whether it is to break a bad habit or to gain something..

I just flip up and do the same thing all over again for the following week..

For you it might be being stressed out at work, inability to fulfill promises, break bad habits or wasteful spending, whatever it is this week is going to be different from the others because you are going to take a pen and paper and plan your week carefully,

Your spending, and profit, everything, will be in a step by step plan

This week will be different because you will sit and plan rather than what you did last week.

2. You are going to exercise

Seriously many of us don't know our own strengths, some say they are too lazy to exercise and that may just be the reason why you are easily stressed out..

This week you are going to set an exercise plan, maybe you are doing so for weight control, weight loss, or just to stay fit, the thing is that you are going to stop telling yourself that you are lazy or that you will fall ill due to exercise, but that you will stay strong and carefully collect all the benefits of exercise which are normally yours.

3. You are going to eat healthy

I am sure that last week you cooked one of your favorite meals, you love the taste, the way it takes a little amount of effort to cook, or maybe you just eat because someone else is cooking..

This week you are trying something different, you are going to eat and cook because you know what you are eating contains enough nutrients (proteins, carbohydrates, minerals etc) to give you energy, growth and help you perform your activities adequately..

You are going to eat fish not because it is so tasty, but because it is brain food and help you think better...

So first you are going to get an education on what nutrients certain food stuffs contain and how you can take all those nutrients into yourself for your benefit.

4. You are going to break some bad habits

We can't do everything in a minute and so we can't break all habits at once, so this week you will list, where you will write down all your bad habits (like, chewing nails, late night browsing, sleeping beside your phone, watching late night television nose picking, refusal to exercise etc) starting with the most embarrassing to the least and we are going to take down as many as possible this week and leave the rest for the next week and so on

One thing i usually advice posters is that don't always expect positive response from your readers and don't be too fast to attack them, instead, let their criticism make you stronger, they have a point you know? When they dont understand make them understand because they can still drive many readers for you. What is the essence of writing without readers? You will only be successful at driving them away from your post.

I have written, I have motivated and I have preached, yet she still refuses to learn, to change.. She believes that if she can get an pvssy licker of a man she can get rich... She thinks that all she has to do is get an education and get a good man to marry,

All she has to do is simply sit at home everyday and chat on facebook, nairaland instead of bringing her ideas to life to build a world of her own.. What does she want in this world... Just a good man, a family and money equals happiness...

She doesn't want to look at the 1 billion people in Africa or the over 50 million unemployed people in Nigeria that need employment through which she can create chains of businesses that can accommodate a lot of these helpless human beings and forever she will be remembered in history.

She wants to live a happy life for herself and her children and does not care about the millions of lives which will credit from her, if she decides to settle down and become an independent women.

I have a paying job she says a secretary in a so called company and that is how she wants to live,

Then at a point she comes to church and ask God for a good job or family when she hasn't given anything to the world....

I ask Do some people deserve to suffer, just because the people that God wants to use refuse to put their lives to good use and all they care about is themselves

If people like erm Bill Gates, Wright Brothers and all the great minds who invented cars and other forms of appliances which are helping us today, if they did not exist, if they chose to care only for themselves, would we have had all we did today?

So why do you an equal human being restrict yourself with your vision with your limited views...

Where do you think you belong, in the kitchen, in an office taking papers for a man who might not care to replace you when you flip up a times too many, or do you belong in the other room..

You can chains of businesses, you can be that woman who wins Africa Most Influential Woman Award, you can stop looking at Beyonce, Chimamanda Ngozi, and others and wishing to be them... Now you can start being them..

What is the real basis of hardwork...

Hardwork is when you are employed, all you have to do is attend to customers that come to you and make them come back... Instead you went the extra mile of using your facebook, twitter and instagram account to advertise and invite customers for a business that does not belong to you..

That is hardwork

You get two things.

A raise (possibly)

You will be called to important meetings and you will learn adequately how companies work and then you can use this fresh information to create your own company, (first hand experience is the best experience)..

Now hardwork in relationships..

For Men

Men you guys are falling your hands (you can't fall mine) I came to understand that when some men when they walk up to a girl, its not to make this woman his wife, it is to try his luck if she accept, they get a relationship if not, he moves to the next caro.

This is how many relationships starts,

How many of you have carefully understood history of your girl... how many of you have perfectly understood how the female mind works, what periods do to their moods and so many stuff like that (hmmm)

What they are so restricted in their thinking, How many of you have understood why she dated those past guys and why they broke up, how many of you have asked her what she wants from a relationship, how many of you have asked her what she likes to achieve before 25 or before 30, how many of you have seen a bad habit and made her improve, how many of you have asked her how many times she reads her books to gain knowledge (not to pass exams) how many of you even know the value of knowledge, how many of you have tried to improve your conversations with her, so that every conversation you guys are talking about moving forward not only in your relationship but in life ambitions

Have you ever sat down with her one day and say.. lets discuss about your ideas for this world..

Have you asked her what she plans to do for her future, she says 3 kids and riches... so how do you plan to get those riches...

All these are hardwork, seriously, getting to know the emotions of the woman you date,

Hardwork to make her safe and secure when she is around you...

Many of you haven't, the same way many of you don't actually care about what goes on emotionally and mentally (not physically that I just went to work, slept and the popular question.. have you eaten?

If you read the Relationship Tips Part 1 you will understand that the one rule of relationship is understanding boundaries, and a good relationship should not have such boundaries...

I see dating a girl as a responsibility, like I leading one of my sisters, I learn new stuff just to teach her what she doesn't know, I teach her musical instruments and other amazing stuff so that her peers can never compare themselves to hers, I teach her marketing (because women are good marketers) so that when she starts her business it will be a marvel.

I learn why she does what she does, her tantrums, struggles, lies and so much more, Everything she does has a reason, its not because she just feels like it, its because she knows it makes her feel good and it is right..

This is hardwork, its not all about training her in school (my friend you are not her father, you are her lover, mentor, role model so act like one)..

Some guys are actually afraid that a woman will leave them even after all these hardwork, and that's where your own value comes in (With a high level of value you are barely comparable, because you care about everything and think unlike everyone else, a valuable man knows all the relationships rules and applies them accordingly, which keeps the lady trapped in his reality)

Let me add this to tell you why hardwork makes you the best package

How many of you have read sex books on how to make sex romantic and emotional for her (not how to give her 10 orgasms)

How many of you have tried to impact in her, she likes to party, but she is a good cook, you accept this and when she stays late you start suspecting and complaining, my friend, your value will make your woman to say to herself "Partying like this does not represent the personality of my boyfriend" It ridicules him and makes me looks like a slut...

She changes not only because she wants to impress you but also because it is the right thing to do.

Woman are attracted to guys with value, power, influence and a purpose.. all these are hardwork...

advantage of time is always a mistake, a woman teaching her man the principles she lives on and how these principles should reflect in him will reduce the chances of such mistake happening..

So if a man loves you darely, he will never cheat on you... if you don't let him
