Of course there could've been, but it isn't time to talk about what COULD have happened and talk about how we can get the restructuring we've been hoping for.

You can use kidney instead or even skip altogether.

The meat stock gives your rice a rich umami flavour. However, if that is not available, you can use plain water. Just add a little oil, some onions and then curry. Once fried, add some water, some freshly squeezed ginger juice (small quantity), blended green pepper, some bouillon... Bring to a boil and add your rice.

Other than the usual thank you, I am not sure of their reaction, reason being that my sisters and some of the kids in my neighbourhood helped with the sharing. I deployed them to take care of that task because I didn't want these people's gratitude to move me to tears and perhaps I wanted to be anonymous to some extent.
Thanks, I think I'll use kidney when I cook this.

I'll prefer to use meat stock as well.

And why did you want to remain anonymous?

1. Perboil your rice (add it into an almost boiling water and allow to cook for just 3 minutes) or just wash it with hot water. Which ever method you use, make sure you wash the rice severally so much so that the water becomes clear.

2. I am assuming that you have meat stock (else just use ordinary water). Turn your meat stock into a pot, adjust taste if needs be, add some curry if you want a golden colour or blend some green pepper and add to this water if you want a green colour... You may add some thyme too if you so wish... Bring this mixture to a boil and then add your washed rice. Note that the water should be on the same level with the rice or slightly higher. Seal the pot properly with its cover and cook on low heat.

3. I am assuming that you have washed, chopped or diced vegetables such as green peas (washed), carrot (diced), liver(cooked and diced), green and yellow pepper (Washed and diced), sweet corn, onions and pepper (pounded or chopped finely)etc. Soak your green peas in warm water. You can do this at the initial stage of your cooking. Remove the water once it is almost tender.

4. In a frying pan, add some butter (,optional) and vegetable oil. Add some chopped onions, allow to fry until translucent, add some minced ginger and garlic, add your diced liver or kidney and allow to fry. Add all your vegetables mentioned in step 3 (all except green pepper and yellow pepper). Stir this mixture continuously. Now, if the rice, which should have been cooked by now is not tasty, you can decide to add a cube or two of bouillon to this mixture you are stir frying. Do this and continue to stir. Once you are satisfied with the texture of your veggies, you can add a little soysauce to the pan and then add your green and yellow peppers, stir and take the sauce off your heat (immediately l.

5. In a new pan, add some of your cooked rice and sauce, mix thoroughly and then move content into another pot or food flask. Do this until you have mixed all your rice....

This is an abridged method. I dont want to bug you with other complexities involved in cooking this meal. However, if you follow this steps, you will end up with a beautiful result.
Thank you ma'am the only ingredient I'll disagree with you about is the liver ( as I find it disgusting) but thank you for this beautiful recipe. wink

BTW what effect does meat stock have on the rice?

Also, how did those 50 people react when you bought that tasty food for them? cheesy

That's not so hard dear. You need to do some few google search and YouTube on any aspect you want.

You will still need a guidance so that you don't consume some unnecessary materials online thereby getting you fed with junks.

Here is how you can start right away

#1 Search for your area of interest, that is where your niche will come from for a start. Later as you grow, you can diversify, multi task too.

#2 Blogging is one of the easiest since you have good control of English; so start with a free blog. You can use blogger, WordPress, six and some free ones.

#3 Join a forum where the same interest is being shared. There you will build confidence and also find supports.

#4 Do more research especially what is trending in your chosen niche( that's your area of interest).

#5 For a start, you may not make money; you probably will be willing to horn your writing and proof reading skills.

#6 You can launch deep a little by registering on Upwork, People per hour, Freelancer, Fiverr etc.
Some may require some certificates from you. Don't worry register as a student with Udemy, Pluralsight, Coursera, Lynda etc to get some free cert or for few dollars.

That's the few I can relate for now.

Good luck if you trail this path!
Thank you. I think I'll follow this path for now at least.

That's interesting to know.

That means you are a dictionary, Lolz.

Joke apart, hope you are utilizing that skill to make money as a translator, proof reader, writer?
Not yet. But, for the sake of asking, how can I?
