A video of a Kenyan lady saying goodbye to her employer and children at the airport has gone viral.
Rosie, a nanny from Kenya had a great relationship with her Lebanese employer which made it hard for them and her to say goodbye.
As seen in the video shared on TikTok, the kids refused to let Rosie go and shed tears while the parents had difficulty keeping the children away from Rosie as the children clung to her.

The student of Obafemi Awolowo University, Subair Enitan, who embarked on a handwashing marathon to set a new Guinness World Record, has landed in hospital.
Enitan had ended the marathon in the early hours of Monday.
Enitan ended the marathon after 58 hours, surpassing her initial plan of 50 hours.
A video now circulating social media reveals that her hands have turned white and wrinkled as a result of the handwashing marathon.
The Guinness World Record is yet to announce Enitan as a new record breaker.
A woman identified as Esther Alison Ibiwari set fire to her house after a quarrel with her husband in Rumuolu community in the Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State, IGBERETV reports.
She was allegedly beaten by her husband during a domestic squabble. An eyewitness said that he couple had a heated argument on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. The woman in an apparent act of retaliation went inside their apartment and set it on fire.
The eyewitness said the detachment of the building which was destroyed by the fire belonged to her husband, adding that the incident rendered some tenants homeless.
He said the fire created panic as some of the tenants ran out and tried to salvage some of their properties but could not.
“The man and his wife had a little issue yesterday which resulted in him beating the woman. He went in, wore his clothes and went out. So the woman went inside the house and brought out her own clothes outside. She then went to buy kerosene and set fire to the man’s clothes inside the house,” the witness narrated.
'That was how the fire started. It escalated and burnt down several rooms. Some of the apartments affected are occupied by tenants,"
“Most of their properties were burnt. I believe some of them don’t have where to stay now. We don’t know the whereabouts of the woman. But I heard she has been arrested.”
The spokesperson of the State Police Command, Grace Iringe-Koko, who confirmed the incident, said the woman had been arrested. "Yes, I can confirm it. The woman has been arrested and the matter was transferred to the State Criminal and Investigation Department. And the investigation is ongoing,” she stated.
Ogun state Police command has apprehended two members of a Lagos-based robbery gang who have been terrorizing Ijebu Ode and its environs, IGBERETV reports.
The suspects, Muyiwa Adebola and Lukman Ogunmuyiwa were arrested following a distress call received at Igbeba divisional headquarters Ijebu Ode on the 26th of March 2023, when the 6-man gang invaded New site, Imoru Ijebu at about 1:30am and held people of the area hostage.
It was reported that the robbers dispossessed residents of their belongings ranging from laptops, 32 different phones and a GLK Mercedes Benz car with registration number KRD 570 HM at gunpoint. One Ayoola Taiwo was also shot and wounded at his right knee by the robbers.
Upon the report, the DPO Igbeba division, CSP Musiliu Doga, led his men to the scene but the robbers took to their heels on sighting the policemen. They were hotly chased and one of them, Muyiwa Adebola, was arrested at Olisa area of Ijebu Ode and one of the robbed phones was recovered from him.
On interrogation, he informed the police that the gang members were based in Lagos State, and he subsequently led detectives to Mushin area of Lagos where the second one, Lukman Ogunmuyiwa, who also confessed his participation in the robbery was apprehended.
Confirming their arrest, the spokesperson of the command, SP Abimbola Oyeyemi, said items recovered so far from the two suspects include three HP laptops and three phones belonging to the victims.
The suspects have been transferred to State Criminal Investigation Departments for investigation.
Portable Taken Back To Prison After Failing To Meet Bail Conditions
Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable has been taken back to the Nigerian Correctional Centre in Ilaro, Yewa South Local Government Area of Ogun State, after failing to meet his bail conditions.
IGBERETV reported that the Zazu crooner was arraigned for allegedly assaulting a policeman, resisting arrest and assaulting one of his followers.
During his arraignment today, April 3, he was granted bail in the sum of N800,000 altogether for the three charges against him, with two sureties in like sum.
Magistrate A.S. Soneye had ruled that the two sureties, who must reside within the jurisdiction of the Ifo court must also be land owners.
However, after the court session ended, Portable was brought out by officers of the correctional centre and put in a prison vehicle headed to Ilaro.
According to speculations, the singer is yet to perfect his bail conditions. He will be remanded in prison custody until his lawyers meet the requirements for his bail. The next hearing of Portable's case is on the 26th of April 2023.
Man Assaults And Films A Lady Naked For Rejecting His Marriage Proposal In Kogi (Photo)
The Kogi State Police Command has arrested a man identified as Arome Danjuma, who allegedly stripped a lady naked in a viral video, IGBERETV reports.
According to report, the suspect and his friend, who is currently at large, ambushed the victim in Achigili village around Abocho in Dekina Local Government Area of the state.
Confirming the arrest to journalists at the command headquarters on Saturday, April 1, 2023, the spokesperson of the command, SP William Aya, said that the culprit will face the full wrath of the law. Aya further noted that the command is still doing investigation to apprehend the other suspect who is on the run. The police spokesperson said the suspect will soon be charged to court.
Narrating her ordeal, the victim, who identified herself as Alami, said one of the suspects approached her for marriage which she refused.
“One of the guys approached me for marriage, which I refused. When I was going home from work at about 8pm last Sunday, he attacked me and forced me to his house and started beating me,” she explained.
“Another person was waiting in his house carrying a knife and axe, threatening to kill me if I don’t pull off my clothes. I had no other option than to obey them. If not they would have killed me in the room. When I pulled off my clothes, they started filming my unclothedness and later posted it on the internet. They just want to ruin my life.”
Speaking during an interview, the prime suspect, Arome Danjuma confessed to have committed the crime, stressing that he conspired with his friend to commit the atrocity.
Reacting to the incident, the Commissioner of Women Affairs, who was represented by the Director Research Planning and Statistics, Ministry of Women Affairs, who is also the Secretary of the Kogi State GBV Technical Workgroup,
Mr. Oseni Isaac described the incident as one of the most barbaric in recent times. He described the act as animalistic which will never be acceptable in Kogi State. Isaac noted that the ministry is out to fight any act of gender-based violence in the state, warning that it will no longer be business as usual for anyone who intends to perpetrate gender-based violence in Kogi State.
Nobel Laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka, has advised the incoming administration to place a renewed focus on Nigerians' persistent call for restructuring, IGBERETV reports.
He stated that Nigerians will not cease to demand for restructuring. Soyinka said that programmes and policies of the incoming administration will face serious challenges, if the government fails to address the issue of restructuring.
Speaking on Channel TV, he said;
“Whomever it is must understand that the people of this country will not cease demanding a restructuring of this nation."
“New voices are being heard and they are more powerful than before. They are not just whining voices, they are voices based on actualities. We have failed in so many directions and they are saying, ‘let us try in this direction’ and you cannot ignore it.

Anambra Woman Forced To Walk Over Daughter's Corpse To Prove Her Innocence (Photos)
A woman, Azuka Emene has been forced to walk over the corpse of her young daughter to prove that she is not responsible for her death, IGBERETV reports.
The young girl, Ogochukwu Emene died under mysterious circumstances in Umueze Uga, in Aguata Local Government Area of the state on Thursday, March 30, 2023.
IGBERETV gathered that members of the community have accused the girl's mother, Azuka Emene, of having a hand in her death, an allegation she denied.
Taking to Facebook, a member of the community, Okuekwe Aguata, shared video of the woman being made to walk over the corpse of her daughter to prove she is not responsible for her death.
The Facebook posts read;

Reverend Father Ejike Mbaka was captured begging God to forgive Nigerians for giving man the glory meant for God, IGBERETV reports.
The Catholic Priest said that during the just concluded elections, Nigerians referred to the father, mother, and child in a political party's logo as “God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit” while encouraging people to vote for the party's candidate.
However, he did not mention the name of the party. But the Labour Party has father, mother, and child in its logo.
"They took the glory meant for God and gave to a human, so the anger of God befell us," Mbaka told his members. Afterwards, he knelt at the altar to ask God for forgiveness.
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has arrested two sisters and the spouse of one of them for being in possession of six kilograms of Indian hemp, IGBERETV reports.
Addressing newsmen on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, the narcotics agency’s commander in Katsina State, Mohammed Bashir said that one of the women, Rabi Musa, 45, was arrested for being in possession of three kilograms of Indian hemp.
He explained that Rabi was assisting her husband, now at large, to sell the illicit drug in connivance with her sister, Zainab Musa and her husband. Bashir said Zainab and her husband were also arrested for being in possession of another three kilograms of Indian hemp.
He said the arrest of Rabi led to the arrest of the two other suspects and assured that her fleeing husband would soon be arrested. The three suspects already arrested would be prosecuted, he assured.
Fielding questions from newsmen, 45-five-year-old Rabi confessed to committing the crime but explained that she was only carrying out her husband’s instructions in order to be seen as a loyal wife.
She pleaded for mercy and advised women and parents to be careful about suitors asking for their daughters’ hands in marriage.
National Chairman of the Labour Party (LP), Julius Abure has said that none of the party's newly elected National Assembly members will defect, IGBERETV reports.
Abure said this after a meeting with National Assembly-Elect members of the party on Tuesday, March 28.
He noted that the party would make a difference to deepen the nation’s democracy, adding that they all have integrity. He also revealed that they won eight Senate seats and 34 seats in the House of Representatives.
Abure said;
“We must put on record here that all those who were elected on the platform of the party, either to the House of Reps or the Senate are well-responsible and dedicated to the party.
“They are men and women of integrity and high repute and I am sure they are aware of the basis on why they were elected.
“Even if there are infiltrations, our members have the capacity to resist such infiltrations.”

A Niger State magistrates’ court sitting in Minna has sentenced a 40-year-old man identified as Muhammadu Sani to seven years in prison without option of fine for defiling a two-year-old girl, IGBERETV reports.
The suspect is from Unguwan-Sarkin Ruwa Bangi area of Katcha in Katcha LGA of Niger State.
The prosecutor, Inspector Aliyu Yakubu, had earlier told the court that on January 28, 2021, at about 4pm, one Zakari S. Ruwa reported at the Katcha Police Station that on the same day at about 3pm, the defendant lured his two-year-old daughter into his room and had sexual intercourse with her, adding that during police interrogation, the defendant confessed to the crime.
Inspector Yakubu noted that the offence was contrary to Section 18 (2) of the Child Rights Law of Niger State, 2010.
The Magistrate, Fatima Kabir, handed the sentence after finding the suspect guilty of the offence.
