PoliticsRe: Buhari: I Told Sanwo-Olu To Tell Lagosians To Walk After Buses Were Burnt by neyyoh: 8:51pm On Jun 12, 2021
TheGoodJoe:

Is it everyone in Lagos that protested? So why should everyone suffer?

You guys stop the defense.

The President goofed in his statement as he has goofed his whole time as President.

He is a failure and you can not make sense out of his failed statement.
What exactly do you want him to do?

The private sector cteates jobs, he's closed the borders so that local industries can thrive.

He's building infrastructure like train's, remember the first thing your colonial masters built, yea train's cos it's the building block for industries.

Everything you're asking of him lies with the senate and governor's.

His biggest failure is security and he's told y'all to secure yourselves using every arsenal available. Did you hear him complain about amotekun?

I could break this down further

Do we still need evidence that Buhari is an idiot and a first class failure?

Hoodlums, most likely NURTW thugs burnt busses and rather than doing an investigation and taking those responsible down the governor went to the zombie in chief and he told Lagosians to "walk".

I'm sure when farmers crops are burnt in the North he tells them to eat sand.

As long it's not cows he's not interested.
I see hoodlums are not Nigerian?

Why would dey start a protest they can't control.
Funny.

It's the people, greedy, selfish , etc.

You can't win until the average Nigerian becomes ethical in their dealings
PoliticsRe: Buhari: How Governors Caused The Country A Lot Of Pain by neyyoh: 6:16pm On Jun 12, 2021
A country runs like a car, ur engine power's the car but it won't work unless it's fueled, if you have a flat tyre with a working engine, u still can't use the car.

Blaming buhari only is extremely foolish, without probing all the other working parts.

Are ur senators , legislature, judiciary, police, citizens, private sector doing their part?

What exactly do Nigerian's really want? R y'all ready to make real sacrifices for the benefit of society?

Buharis inherited problems and goals are clear.

What are your governor's, senator's and you the citizens doing?

More importantly what exactly do you want?

No sensible Igbo person should join the back stabbing Yoruba chameleons on any protest. They will only end up betraying igbos and siding with their Fulani masters to attack them. End SARS was not long ago nah, didn't we see the worse kind of chameleonish behavior by Yorubas? They ended up turning it into an "Igbos are destroying Lagos" agenda. The blunt truth is that Igbos will be used as a scapegoat by the army and other security agencies if they join the protest and the Yorubas will turn around and support their Fulani masters in their brutality against Igbos. Every wise igbo person should stay away from any protest that has to do with one Nigeria. Yorubas and other one Nigeria tribes can go and protest for their one Nigeria.

Oga when would Nigeria ever act collectively

You mean collectively with the almajiris up north who see everything from anti south angle

If south goes right they would take left

Act collectively when muric says Yoruba Muslim and Yoruba Christian's are not one
Exactly bro, a babel of tower ain't going to achieve anything with a protest.

MemoriesAndMe:
Everyone knows you can't just remove a democratically elected president through protests. Protests are intended to raise awareness about issues and get the government working on its flaws. Thats better than just folding hands and assuming everything is perfect when its not while the entire nation is being shattered.
Forget about the international community.

When Nigerians as a collective can agree on what they really want as a collective within reason, and can organise smartly around those collective needs through concrete action will anyone take them seriously.

Eg don't expect a Singapore when the funds aren't there to build it.
PoliticsRe: FG's Twitter Ban Has Backfired!!! by neyyoh: 1:30pm On Jun 12, 2021
And what exactly do you want them to do about it?

Remove a democratically elected president you voted in yourselves twice.

You're looking for help that would never come from neo colonialists.

Desperate times call for desperate measures

This is what Nigeria needs at the moment. If you give these protesters an inch, they will take 10 yards. The security agents are on social media too and can see your posts. I have seen posts by intending protesters where guns and bullets were displayed with threats of violence.

People nowadays see protests as avenue to loot both public and PRIVATE properties. Every tool known to be good gets a different use (evil) when it gets to this part of the world.

Until Nigerians change, Nigeria will forever remain the same....or even get worse by the day
100%

Is the average Nigerian interested in the benefit of society or maximum individual freedom?

They're the problem but they don't know.

You know nothing of Geopolitics, my friend.

Twitter, like Facebook, GE, Boeing, Yahoo, Google, etc are symbols of America's power and influence.
You see the state from the US State Department yesterday?
It happened because Twitter lobbyists in DC made a move yesterday.
The United States has (for the first time) overrided the UK and gotten involved in this matter.

If you think they will go to sleep while the Nigerian regime makes a deal with China or Russia for a Twitter-replacement or some firewall, then you are JOKING.
They can't do shit, they have no stake in Africa other than to protect Europe against any migrant crisis that may result if a war breaks out and for France to continue doing its exploits.

What they're really scared of is the flow of finance, where d Chinese yen replaces the dollar which will deal a huge blow to the American economy because they can't rig the system anymore with qe.

This particular type of murder is a black thingy , omo oju ori ola ris, usually based on finances, power play and cheating.. the American black caught the bug , but Africans are catching it too.

Major Scientific Leap: Quantum Microscope Created That Can See the Impossible
Mike O'Neill • June 09, 2021 • Updated June 11, 2021

In a major scientific leap, University of Queensland researchers have created a quantum microscope that can reveal biological structures that would otherwise be impossible to see.
This paves the way for applications in biotechnology, and could extend far beyond this into areas ranging from navigation to medical imaging.
The microscope is powered by the science of quantum entanglement, an effect Einstein described as “spooky interactions at a distance.”

Professor Warwick Bowen, from UQ’s Quantum Optics Lab and the ARC Centre of Excellence for Engineered Quantum Systems (EQUS), said it was the first entanglement-based sensor with performance beyond the best possible existing technology.
“This breakthrough will spark all sorts of new technologies — from better navigation systems to better MRI machines, you name it,” Professor Bowen said.
“Entanglement is thought to lie at the heart of a quantum revolution. We’ve finally demonstrated that sensors that use it can supersede existing, non-quantum technology.
“This is exciting — it’s the first proof of the paradigm-changing potential of entanglement for sensing.”
Australia’s Quantum Technologies Roadmap sees quantum sensors spurring a new wave of technological innovation in healthcare, engineering, transport and resources.
A major success of the team’s quantum microscope was its ability to catapult over a ‘hard barrier’ in traditional light-based microscopy.
“The best light microscopes use bright lasers that are billions of times brighter than the sun,” Professor Bowen said.
“Fragile biological systems like a human cell can only survive a short time in them and this is a major roadblock.
“The quantum entanglement in our microscope provides 35 percent improved clarity without destroying the cell, allowing us to see minute biological structures that would otherwise be invisible.
“The benefits are obvious — from a better understanding of living systems, to improved diagnostic technologies.”

Professor Bowen said there were potentially boundless opportunities for quantum entanglement in technology.
“Entanglement is set to revolutionize computing, communication, and sensing,” he said. “Absolutely secure communication was demonstrated some decades ago as the first demonstration of absolute quantum advantage over conventional technologies.
“Computing faster than any possible conventional computer was demonstrated by Google two years ago, as the first demonstration of absolute advantage in computing.
“The last piece in the puzzle was sensing, and we’ve now closed that gap.
“This opens the door for some wide-ranging technological revolutions.”

PoliticsEuropeans Did An Amazing Job On Nigerian's by neyyoh(op): 11:19pm On Jun 10, 2021
The Europeans did an amazing job on Nigerians and it is sad to say but the majority of Nigerians are deeply brainwashed and are even more European than Europeans themselves. This is why I find it difficult to take any of them seriously and even finding a wife amongst them is like looking for a unicorn in Alaska, not all but unfortunately many are Selfish.. money hungry and only care about degree's and titles. No obligation to their race and the development of their people. Everybody wants to be the boss and an elite while their own brother's and sister's are suffering. Especially the educated ones.. they want to be agents of the Europeans so badly, who are hell bent on importing western narratives like liberalism.
Nigerian's are the most educated people in America and Europe. They have the most billionaires in Africa and yet more than 65% of our people are living in DEEP poverty. Is that normal? These so called educated Nigerian's can solve the European problems in minutes but ask them about solving their people's problems then they come with excuses.

You wish. These loans are tied to Infrastructure. The Chinese do not release cash. Once the worth of the project is settled and counterpart funding paid, they bring in their engineers and deliver the project. Chinese concessionary loans are the best because they are embezzlement-proof.

Nigeria hires a consultant (an Italian firm in this case) to determine that the projects are delivered according to European standards and that's it. Chinese loans also have the least interest rate and higher moratorium (grace period before Nigeria starts paying up). It's no wonder the West are threatened by the Chinese in Africa and are sponsoring a lot of propaganda against them. China is the best thing to have happened to Africa.
Brilliant!
