I appreciate all your contributions, dat is why I like NairaLand. Actually my mechanic was advising me to remove the thermostat but I decided to bring it up on NairaLand before I do something stupid. Now Iam wiser, thanks to NairaLand!!!!!!!!! |
@ Poster: Your topic is a bit misleading, please correct it to read "Clean Naija Used Cars needed!". I believe dat is why there are many peeps but no reply on this thread. |
I have issues with my Honda BabyBoy. I have notice that on starting the car, the radiator fan doesnt rotate unless the a.c. fan if the a.c. is turned on. Though as the engine becomes hot, the radiator fan starts working. I hope this will not affect my engine since we are in the tropics-higher temperatures? |
U mean "Automobile Engineer" or "Automobile Mechanic". For "Automobile Engineering", follow these steps: 1. Sit for SSCE or WASSCE and get at least 5 credits in English, Maths, Chemistry, Physics + any other. 2. Check for JAMB brochure and make your choice in preparation to sitting for UME + any qualifying exam to be conducted by your propective university. 3. If u pass the exams, voila,, u are now ready to start your 5-year degree program, followed by registration with COREN after graduation. For "Automobile Mechanic", find any good mechanic and go there to apply for apprenticeship. The cost depends on the particular mechanic. Cheers, ! |

Foot driving is good, but for your convenience, its better to learn driving with shoes. Imagine coming to a gathering and after parking, instead of alighting from your vehicle as expected, you are busy bending down in your car, lacing your shoes. ![]() |
@ NairaLanders: I will appreciate more views, please. |
