To refresh your memory, he only influenced who the flag bearer of his party was. In 2007, he was the outgoing governor and as the leader of the PDP party at the state level, he had immense influence on the delegates so he controlled the primaries. Remember mark can only control zone C if he had decided to fight dirty while akume had zones A and B. So basically, he picked suswam and the Tiv numbers ensured he won. In 2015 ortom rode on the platform of apc. Ofcourse he was hand picked by akume who owns apc in Benue. Hardly anything mark can do about that. Again the Tiv numbers returned ortom governor.

Is Akume the only Tiv politician? Why is it that all the governors you mentioned were picked by him? The truth is that as far as Benue politics is concerned, Akume has been the one in control of who rules, that is my definition of a godfather. D. Mark has nothing to offer the Idomas now as an opposition floor senator, talkless of been a godfather.

I hope you know this issue is not a Nigerian thing. The scope of training of engineers is more indepth. You cannot tell me a person that developed a design from the first principles cannot implement his design. Truth is Technologists (I.e. HND) are trained to be junior partners to the engineers in the profession. Its just like a nurse claiming equality with a medical doctor.
